Got it on early access. Almost 5 years after full release... Still waiting for it to become a Completed game worth releasing.

This is an awesome TD, I can definitely recommend it. You have a pre-game moment where you define your towers and upgrades, being able to freely respec. You can also choose the difficulty among a big slider to suit the challenge you want. Powerful towers feel chunky and tough enemies are satisfying to beat. The game COULD have some QoL like being able to preview the map before entering and visualizing the map after a victory/loss. Got this on a sale and definitely recommend it.
yes it's like an ashes of singularity mod and yes there is a huge difficulty increase after mission 4. normally the first few missions are like a tutorial. luckily there are like 10 difficulty levels so you'll never get stuck on a mission. tons of turrets to choose from and use during missions adds lots of replayability. i'm totally surprised about all the negative reviews this is a fantastic tower defense game.
Game is ass, has been ass, will continue to be ass. Don't waste your money
Love this game! Great if you don't want to spend hours learning complicated keyboard controls.
Very good tower defense game.
A decent Tower Defense game, 70/100. Can be a little challenging to get 1-2 of the achievements but managed all in under 12h, outside of these achievements there isn't really much replay ability to the game. Maps, Towers, units are all really good, recommend picking it up during a deep sale if you have spare funds lying around, nice game to chill to in-between the online mayhem,
Its pretty much Ashes of the Singularity TD. Its ok and i havent had any crash in my one hour play as of now (that was about 7 missions played. Had massive fps drops in some instances though. Overall the TD is solid. Not great, not innovative or anything, but ok. Actually think that a coop mode and some more depth in terms of what you can build and how you upgrade could have turned this into a real gem. If you are looking for that, i recommend "No Creeps were harmed TD", as it has pretty much what i would want (coop, endless mode on any map, itemization (random loot to upgrade towers with)). I think what kind of is weird about this game, is that it has a fixed campaign and not some sort of planetary campaign by default. Its called Siege of Centauri and you would expect some sort of dynamic planetary battlefield where you play a mission and it develops frontlines and adds mutators to missions and all that. If you are looking for that, i recommend "Taur" at this point. This would have been a real treat and added replayability. As it is, i bought this game for like 5€ and for that its a solid standard TD that does what any TD does but possibly with a few more enemies per dot and good graphics.
Siege of Centauri overall is a very fun tower defense game I would recommend at full price to any strategy lover. PROS: - interesting towers - interesting enemies - large amounts of units on screen - challenging, especially the ending - easy to pickup - nicely implemented slow-mo system - good UI | good SFX | good visuals (will run on a potato) - custom map making, but * (see below) CONS: - bad voice acting - slightly lacks personality, feels kind of generic & a little cold (maybe due to the lack of personality from the characters) - limited locations *spoiler* >
one planet to go through and 1 mission on a moon makes the game feel short
- custom map making - however is practically useless due to not being user-friendly at all
