总体来说体验还是不错的 +全程中文配音：我印象里以前手机上玩的时候是英文界面加英文配音，制作方补上全程中配很难得 +打击感尚可：搓连招不难，完美防御也不难，防反也很宽松，适合手残党 +女主王道剧情：弱智选项很少，大部分地方都可以避免高血压选项，没有刻意降智或者贬化女主 +节奏紧凑：电影化叙事但是不刻意拖时间，我严重怀疑大部分人可以在退款时间内打通（纯吐槽无恶意） -堪称灾难的服化道：我印象中漫画的作者是加拿大的？是不是华裔我不知道，反正这游戏里没有任何汉服是形制正确的，非常典型的美式中国，以至于打到一半我的内心OS：这给我干哪来了，这还是国内吗 -文本BUG：字幕和语音有同步不上的地方，但是不多，此外我还遇到了一个游玩BUG，练功的时候动不了敌人也不来攻击，卡死重退了，不过再进也就解决了 -并非动作游戏：考虑到制作组可能经验不足，反正打人的时候经常吸附不到，挥空拳是家常便饭，进入3D模式后情况有所改善，但是我一个风雷拳直接用到通关——游戏难度不大，这些问题都可以忽略罢 -剧情太简单：这个剧情还是太简单太平淡了，而且说实话我觉得有些角色可以不死的，不知道为什么一定要搞二选一，显得女主像灾星，把身边人都克死了 虽然问题不少，但是流程短，剧情紧凑，在你还没有厌烦它这些负面体验之前就已经通关了，等于看了一部两个小时的动漫电影，如果按当年史低4元的价格看绝对是小众精品，然而我是买KEY的，给个中评吧，属于如果你看过降世神通应该会喜欢的游戏，比降世神通那个拖沓剧情甚至体感还要好一点

加拿大工作室做的独立游戏，里面充满了道的思想，有种看连环画的感觉，这种连环画带格斗的游戏算是比较少的吧，配上背景音乐有一种浑然天成的感觉，虽然游戏体量比较小，但是人物性格的刻画，打击感还有剧情都挺到位的，结尾有点仓促，前面铺垫了一堆，BOSS在最后十分不堪一击。游戏在通关之后会有额外内容古庙惊魂，可操作角色变为同门玉虎，剧情与游戏里面一模一样，多了解谜的玩法。喜欢中国风的玩家可以试试。

剧情画风还可以，有种武侠连环画的感觉，战斗判定有时候有bug但是能玩，古庙惊魂模式存在严重bug，地刺判定范围远超翻滚距离，只能用血量硬抗地刺去开机关最后还是设置一堆地刺导致卡关。一套连招秒杀剧情npc会导致画面卡住，只能重新打。

Shuyan is a visual novel with third person/isometric combat, in a Chinese martial arts mythical fantasy setting. The art is comic book style and clearly completely hand drawn. I was mesmerised by the illustrations in the game and clearly in this generation of AI generated arts, it was very nice to see hand drawn pictures. I would further like to mention that at no time a single art illustration is repeated and there are tons of illustrations in the game. English voice over is available for Shuyan and for every character in the game. The voice overs felt impeccable and fitting to the fantasy setting of this game. I would further like to point out that voice over is for each and every dialogue and for every greeting/emotion, in the game. Background sound and music are fitting for Chinese mythical fantasy setting. I was ecstatic to see that the developer has not compromised on arts and voice over and music department, and this only makes this game better than most of the visual novels available on Steam. I played the game on keyboard and mouse setting. Apart from Shuyan's movements, all her combat is completely carried out through mouse control. I had to get used to this mouse only combat but i was able to follow the flow of the combat. Still i had to skip over two combat events (one during training and one during fight in darkness) where even after many attempts, i couldn't succeed. Technically, at one or two combat event i had to reload the game multiple times to get enemies to fight Shuyan or to get Shuyan to fight enemies otherwise i didn't find any other issue technical issue in the game. However, one strange choice in the game occurs when Shuyan has either to save her mum or to save her friend, and i felt that this situation could have been avoided. This is the strangest choice that i have ever seen in a video game, and anybody with a little bit of mind and heart, will always choose to save mum. Finally, i recommend this game due to its hand drawn arts, voice over, Chinese mythical fantasy setting and for overall story and the game play. As the time passes by, it is increasingly getting difficult to find games like Shuyan saga and i hope to see further games from the developer, just like Shuyan saga.

Finally have some time to finish this game.😆 Really nice music, good drawings and morally uplifting, but lots of questionable logic in storyline and world building (lots of in game bugs too). If you like to be in a world where everyone just fist fight for no good reason then it is pretty fun. LOL

J'ai vraiment apprécié le jeu, notamment son mode Histoire qui, bien que court (environ 3 heures), propose un mélange intéressant de visual novel avec des graphismes type bande dessinée et des combats en 3D basés sur les réflexes (attaques, contres, parades). Les combats, bien que simples, offrent une expérience satisfaisante et dynamique, même si une fois les mécaniques maîtrisées, on devient presque invincible. L’intrigue est captivante malgré sa simplicité. Le mode Aventure, bien que plaisant avec sa vue du dessus et ses phases d’exploration, manque clairement de profondeur et donne l’impression d’avoir été sous-développé. Le mode Tournoi enchaîne des combats rapides sans réelle innovation. En résumé, c’est un jeu indépendant accessible et amusant, surtout pour ses combats, mais certains aspects auraient mérité plus de soin.
