For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Shredders is a try at a more grounded snowboarding game. Edit: Please note this game is very execution heavy. Pulling off something as intended requires precise timing of multiple inputs and a good bit of finger movement. If you don't like the idea of having to do multiple retakes or trying to figure out why a trick didn't come out the way you expected, you will likely not find much value in this game. Rest of the review: Before picking it up, I did some reading and after some gameplay I have to agree with the critics that there's something weirdly slow and floaty about the snowboarder movement when comparing side-by-side to real life rider clips and X-Games footage. The physics are probably fine for the most part. For anyone dissatisfied, there are sliders in the options for changing gravity and jump height. I think the problem is entirely in the animations. Feels like the rider motions are lacking either snap or follow-through or both. Everything could use more nuance. Grinds are particularly unsatisfying to look at—there's never enough feedback when the board hits. There's board flex, which is pretty cool, but the energy stored in the flex doesn't get communicated to the rider in a way that feels natural (it's more like the boarder position is absolute and the snowboard bends like its caught between two immovable objects; noseslides and tailslides are the worst offenders). It looks stiff and uncanny. The story missions (which can be completed at one's own lesiure) serve as the tutorial, and are also how players unlock new slopes and cosmetics. The voice acting is fine given it's done by pro snowboarders, but the writing... don't worry about it. Just mash A. Hangups aside, I enjoy the gameplay. Controls make sense. Much like Session: Skate Sim, Shredders gets its sauce by giving players unparalleled freedom of skill expression and doing so while trying to capture the real act's deeper romances. If you're a weirdo that likes hunting lines and hitting clips in video games, this is one of the video games for hunting lines and hitting clips. Is it good? I don't know. I've never played a title in the 'snowboarding sim' niche before and I don't snowboard in real life. If you fall into the above bins, you have to possess some certain concoction of neurodivergence to keep coming back to a game like this. Still, I think there's plenty to appreciate about Shredders.

Great game. There are so many things right with this game. It just needs a little polishing. The controls are great and makes it feel semi-realistic when carving. The tricks are great and other little features are great too. The biggest issue I'm having right now is with the performance. I can only play about an hour and a half before the game starts to lag uncontrollably. It plays perfectly fine at first, but progressively gets slow down. Maybe don't load in snow tracks from previous runs or give the option to turn them off or something. Also some of the missions where you have to follow the rider are getting very annoying, to the point of frustration quitting. I understand staying within the course but the rider getting away is getting really annoying. After getting a near perfect run and resetting the last jump only to have the rider get away forcing you to start over. Some of the missions have checkpoints, just use that.
