Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Sep 14 → 0.25/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Seven Suns of Orion is a time survival game with minimalistic gameplay and roguelite elements, with a focus on short play times and fast growth. It's a mashup of Star Control style movement crossed with Vampire Survivors
Survive 7 minute rounds and defeat each boss in 12 stages with 12 unique playable ships -- not just statline changes but with unique handling and control schemes.
The robot armada has been unleashed and there's no place to run or hide. All you can do is survive as long as you can until the boss that's preventing you from running shows up. Gather scrap in each run to unlock new playable ships and starting items to make the next run easier.
Use Newtonian physics like planetary gravity and the terrain to foil enemies, use thrust to drift out of danger.
Turreted weapons autofire to let you concentrate on maneuvering. Fixed weapons can auto fire or be fired manually for more precision. Tailor your ship to your playstyle.
Each ship is unique and have different playstyles, not just small percentage differences.
Find hidden combinations for the 9 starting weapons to create new powerful weapons, like the powerful Sweeping Laser, Super Railgun or powerful defense drones.

Fun little space vampire survivor- happy to see it expand off the ground and into a space theme!
A nice, bite-sized bit of action that varies enough from run to run to keep things interesting and force you to strategize about what works together the best on the fly. Navigating around the gravity well took a bit of getting used to, but felt fairly natural with some practice.
Works great on the Steam Deck! Took a couple of rounds to get a handle on the controls but the quick rounds and variety of upgrades and ships makes for an easy pick up and play experience.

fun space shooter recommended because dev's put in a lot of good work to improve the game since launch
Great mix of Star Control and Vampire Survivors! Lots of fun, great weapon and ship variety. Highly recommended!
Super-fun bullet heaven game in spaaaaaace. Start with a single weapon (sometimes 2), destroy baddies, then harvest scrap dots to a chorus of dopamine-inducing pings. The space and gravity physics feel great, and so far the developer has been very active fixing bugs and adding content. They're a solo developer, so there's a limited number of levels and ships. But each ship plays radically different from the others. And each level has a unique hazard that requires different tactics from each ship. (For those who played it just after release: The speed of the maelstrom has been dialed back by half, so it's genuinely fun now.)
Fantastic game. Very addicting. It has that carrot on stick that keeps you wanting more. Very unique in it's game play. For those that aren't used to the type of momentum space flight this has, it may take a bit getting used too, but it is fun once you get the hang of it. Very much like arcades back in the day like Asteroids. The 7 minute time is such a breath of fresh air compared to the 20min runs on others. It feels just right and allows me to pick up and play without thinking about it or worrying if I have enough time for a run. The different ships make each level difficult in it's own way which really extends the play of the game. I hope dev continues with development of game even though I consider it complete as is. It would always be nice to see a couple of extra ships or enemies down the road. Highly recommended.
Doesn't have the complete variety of what Vampire Survivors has but does scratch that itch well with the physics twist
Long time waiting among the vampires, magic, fantasy, horses, knights etc. Finally!
Would recommend for a playthrough! It could definitely use a little balance. Some weapons and combos are definitely better than others, and a cap on how many Repulsors you can take might make it a little more difficult, but it was a great romp overall. Reminds me of an old gem from the '90s called "Silent Death Online" There are a few little things like the sound being broken (If you turn it down sometimes it just turns all of the sound off, or sometimes just select sounds like weapons, then if you alt tab or something it cranks everything back up despite showing the lower sound settings. Also the way the camera tries to keep you and the boss on screen at all times makes it a little disorientating. Maybe just a little orbjective arrow could fulfil the same purpose. Overall though, good fun!
