Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 342.29/day in the week to Jul 18 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

With the dual stick controls, each stick represents one of your feet. You will need to learn how to control them and transfer weight, just like on a real skateboard. The physics have been developed with a focus on realism, smoothness and immersion. Just like in real life for a new skateboarder, the first hours can seem challenging, but once you have mastered the technique, you will feel the unrivalled thrill of pulling off your very first kickflip! Session: Skate Sim also includes full options customisation, so you can enjoy the perfect experience tailored to you. A full tutorial provides all the help you need to get started, and you can choose from four difficulty levels!

Inspired by the golden age of street skating – the 1990s – Session: Skate Sim lets you experience true skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; just you, your spot and your imagination! There's no need for judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip are perfect for this spot. And because certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several of them to the game for you to skate in and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many other spots.

Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best spots is one thing, but if no one is there to film it, it didn't really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 1990s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create your clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to go from skater to filmmaker: pull off your moves then go into film mode to experience the action from the point of view of your camera operator and create the best clip.

Show off your style with an extensive customisation system for your skater and skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. You can find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, trousers, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customise your skateboard with over 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands like, No-Comply, GindKing, Thankyou and many others. In addition to the design aspect, the components (trucks, riser pads, wheels…) impact the way you skate. Find the right ones for your style and shred the most iconic spots!

yeah, no this game is 40$????? in the current state this game is in, its maybe worth like 5 or 6 bucks the controls are so clunky the overall body movement when youre off the board sucks so bad turning any direction is so random whether it works or you randomly turn around in a 180 the turning on the scatebord is so finicky that you can never really hard turn unless youre at a complete stop, so theres no hard turning unless you powerslide the same goes for if you dont even use the skatebord the tutorial not letting you customize your controls is really annoying too because one of the main selling points of this game is that it has really in depth custom controls so why not let me use the custom controls that i wanna learn, in the tutorial to learn the game also just a nitpick but like the tutorial is so handholdy they did the same thing with skate. and like its infinitely worse there but still its just so janky in the condition this game is in i really sudgest the developer just keep the game at like 20$ ts is just not worth it edit: i didnt even mention the insane way theyre selling more ♥♥♥♥ for this game by making you buy the "dlcs" which are just locations that barely have anything to them its just a place with a new skybox and new buildings the best thing i could find was that the schoolyard had some fun spots to grind on

I sunk quite a few hours into this. Playing on the highest realism settings and all. I even put quite a few hours into making several skate videos with this. There are things that this Skate Sim does well. But there are also quite a number of things this Skate Sim does not do well at all. It will take you quite a long time to get anything out of this. If you want that ultimate Sim feeling and go for dual stick One-Foot-One-Stick setting with manual board catching, don't expect to even land a kickflip at first. So if you want something you can really sink your teeth in, you got it. And once you've managed to get yourself to a point you can skate coherent lines it will feel amazing to do so. That being said, transition skating is basically non-existent. Lip Tricks / Caspers / Darkslides / Primos exist, but are ranging from mildly buggy to very buggy. Many people say that the city and spots feel empty. To me personally that's alright, I am here to skate, not to watch traffic/npcs. You can pull off anything from really realistic looking lines down to really absurd ♥♥♥♥ if you have the dedication to do so. The video editor is quite decent, and for me it was a big part since I loved creating skate videos. At that point I have to note that I am a very petty ♥♥♥♥♥ when it comes to Simulations, and at several points it was quite obvious that either the board or the skater model is doing movements that break immersion. You will very likely only really rub against that if you are looking very close while editing videos. This still is the best skate sim out there, but it does have quite big downsides too. So this can be hit or miss depending on what you want to do. Street skating - Yes Vert - Absolutely not Would give this a MEDIUM between RECOMMENDED and NOT RECOMMENDED if I could. I really want this to get finished one day, but I doubt it will happen to the extend it actually deserves. I will attach two of the videos I've made, maybe they'll help you make a decision. I still advice to do your research before you buy if you are on the fence: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jMrhNLstl9g https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eD2ufTyV4Jg
