Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 342.29/day in the week to Jul 18 → 4.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

With the dual stick controls, each stick represents one of your feet. You will need to learn how to control them and transfer weight, just like on a real skateboard. The physics have been developed with a focus on realism, smoothness and immersion. Just like in real life for a new skateboarder, the first hours can seem challenging, but once you have mastered the technique, you will feel the unrivalled thrill of pulling off your very first kickflip! Session: Skate Sim also includes full options customisation, so you can enjoy the perfect experience tailored to you. A full tutorial provides all the help you need to get started, and you can choose from four difficulty levels!

Inspired by the golden age of street skating – the 1990s – Session: Skate Sim lets you experience true skateboarding and its culture: no scoring system; just you, your spot and your imagination! There's no need for judges to tell you that your noseslide or varial heelflip are perfect for this spot. And because certain locations are iconic, the developers have added several of them to the game for you to skate in and express your creativity, including Black Hubbas (New York City), Brooklyn banks (New York City), FDR Park (Philadelphia) and many other spots.

Skating and pulling off the best lines in the best spots is one thing, but if no one is there to film it, it didn't really happen… In Session: Skate Sim, you can film with a 1990s filter or fisheye lens, and you can use the video editor to create your clips and share them. You can play with multiple options, including changing the field of view, time of day, filters, and different camera views (tripod, orbit, etc.). Session: Skate Sim also offers the chance to go from skater to filmmaker: pull off your moves then go into film mode to experience the action from the point of view of your camera operator and create the best clip.

Show off your style with an extensive customisation system for your skater and skateboard. By completing challenges, you earn money to spend in skate shops. You can find nearly 200 items (hoodies, shoes, caps, T-shirts, trousers, etc.) from top brands, such as Fallen, Zero, GrindKing, Thankyou, HIJINX Net, Antilanta, Roger Skate CO, No-Comply, iDabble and others. You can also customise your skateboard with over 250 parts, such as wheels, trucks and many other components from famous brands like, No-Comply, GindKing, Thankyou and many others. In addition to the design aspect, the components (trucks, riser pads, wheels…) impact the way you skate. Find the right ones for your style and shred the most iconic spots!

Can ya dig it my clicka clackas this shizz as bangin as they come homeboy, keep it kush. booooyakashad.
First of, as a Skate sim it's outstandingly great. It brings me sooo much memories from my childhood when I was playing Tony Hawks series on PS 1. I was in doubt someone could make smth as closer to my fav. game in many aspects to fully immersive gameplay. Let's do some Pros and Cons: Pros 1. Perfect optimization. It runs even on my working laptop (specs attached below) in comfort 30 fps on high res, and it's no less great than on my main PC on ultra quality. 2. Immersive real simulation. It’s not just as simple as it might be. You have to be very precise in every movement you make with your gamepad sticks. There are tons of tricks, combinations and real fails. 3. Realistic bail, wipeout and sketching. You literally should have to spend a couple hours to do one trick, then thousand of hours to polish and make it almost perfect. For some ppl it might seem a little boring. 4. Day/night changes. Thank God you can manually switch between hours in the settings, otherwise you can see almost nothing in the middle of the night. Truly as in real life. 5. A good portion of different cosmetics in the shop to buy on money you’ve made by completing the quests. 6. Pedestrians and cloud generation. To fully deep dive into the game. For me it seems a good point to add, but for the specific ppl. Personally, I don’t need it. 7. Pretty hardish tutorial. Not very hard, just a little challenging quest, which makes this game more realistic. 8. Lots of lots of different maps, including a classic skate park. Cons 1. Rigging is really bad and plastic. Game mechanics still have some sort of things like in an early game. Character can fail unintentionally if you stay very close to any environment props around. The game can recognize a failure even if you touch some props or wall having almost no speed at all. 2. A few bugs. You can stuck unintentionally into the steps or rails while jumping on them. Thankfully it happens rarely, so it wouldn’t affect on gameplay at all. 3. Polishing some tricks might be extremely hard for some people due to lightning speed needed between switching the sticks. Plus, in better scenario you have to use a new or almost new gamepad with high resistance rings on controller, still in a good condition. Otherwise, it might organically get harder. I’ve tried playing on 3 different gamepads: PS 4 DualShock, XBOX 360 controller and new gen. Microsoft gamepad. The last one I found the most precise and quick responding. But for me I prefer DualShock just because I get used to it since my childhood playing Tany Hawks.

IF YOUR NOT LOOKING FOR A SKATE GAME THATS NOT SLOP TRY SESSION BUT BE AWARE THAT SESSION HAS A BIG LEARNING CURVE BUT ITS NOT COMPLETE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LIKE SKATE4 THIS GAME IS REALISTIC AND HAS GREAT ELIMANTS OF SKATE CULTURE
Game is buggy very buggy unoptimized and half of the missions do not register any tricks at all
хочешь научиться кататься на скейте, выйди во двор, если хочешь красиво покатать в игре, есть "скейт." нахера эта игра нужна хз, просто интерактивный видеоурок по катанию
Please add more branded clothing and other items.
waste of money. controls suck, cant do half the tricks you want to do. just pirate skate 3 instead.
While I do not have a ton of hours put into this game I can say without a doubt that 10 hours at the time of writing this is just going to be the start, I can easily spend 45 minutes to an hour just trying to hit a clean line the way I want it to look, I know that games like this are not everyone's cup of tea (especially playing on hardcore which has got to be the most difficult/technical you can make skateboarding via controller imo) but if you are interested in skateboarding and the culture around it, while also looking for a challenge, then this game is for you. You can tell that a lot of passion has been put and is currently being put into this game, I mean for there to be such quality animations and "feel" for a game that is already in a bit of a niche market just for being a skateboarding game (and even more due to the learning curve/precision required for tricks) it is just so refreshing to see, if anybody working on this game happens to read this, keep it up, this game is so fun.
Looks class, sounds class, the gear is great the options are great it has such potential to be really enjoyable. If it would only drop its convoluted realism for the sake of accessibility. Turning is nuts, control scheme logic is all over the place and so is the animation variations. I've come from playing SkaterXL for a few years, they've nailed the fluid controls but Session was definitely build better. I really do think that its simply snagged on trying to be ultra realistic that it cant see the wood for the trees. There is no controls tutorial, no stick maps or logic descriptions of any kind. Again, its taking the ultra hard ultra realistic approach way too seriously. It trys to be super realistic and then the walking camera has an insane slow rotation speed that has unnecessary momentum. Skateboard turning radius is super wide when moving slow, but then when going fast you can do 90 degree turns instantly!?? Its overkill realism that is standing in the way of an otherwise exceptional game. You bump any part of your skater on any object and its an instant KO. If we could get the flowyness of XL with the labour of love from Session, we'd be winning.
Unfortunately this is the best (street) skateboarding sim. The actual skating feels really good, but everything else has that janky early access feel to it. It took them almost 5 years to add a throwdown animation, but there's still no animation for slamming, standing up, jumping, or stumbling slightly off your board. There's also still no grabs or transition skating. There's an option to enable lip tricks, but it doesn't seem to work at all. The game is also crazy overpriced, definitely don't buy it at full price. I only recommend this game if you are desperate for street skating sim, and it's on sale.
