Sensual Adventures - Treasure Island is an Adult RPG set in a semi-open world with action-adventure gameplay and tons of Sex. Based on the popular adult animation series by the same name, this game continues where the last Episode of the Series left off. You play as either Brittany or Trinity, a pair of treasure-hunting Futanari (gorgeous Girls with huge Dicks) looking to uncover the Secrets of the past. Treasure Island is getting better with every update. The new car physics and general camera improvements feel like a big step forward. My only minor complaint is that the new crowd system feels very basic right now, but it’s definitely a great start and has potential.
Performance has improved a lot compared to earlier versions. The game runs smoothly on my setup.

Come for the lost treasure, stay for the steamy futanari romance. My graphics card is sweating, but my soul is at peace. The physics are great, the beaches are beautiful and the content is as explicit as it gets. A perfect game to play with one hand.
I played the demo when it first dropped, and I was rather harsh in my review. I had thought the demo was boring, and I am so glad the developers proved me wrong. I only played a couple hours just getting a feel for the village, and game mechanics but this game is certainly not boring. I have never been so happy to be proven incorrect. The developers have really created a enjoyable world that has all the right spice, and they are still working on adding more spice to it which is fantastic. It ran pretty well on my pc at max setting around 80fps even though its not completely optimized yet, and the visuals are stunning. The characters even more stunning, and yes you can play this game as a female if you want. They added a pretty nice character creator that gives you a lot of freedom to customize either character to your liking, and you have the option to change it both in game and in the settings. Would highly recommend this game if you love these type of open sandbox games. I really look forward to seeing this game evolve, and so happy to support this game in early access.
It's refreshing to see an adult game trying to be more than a collection of scenes.
The latest improvements make a noticeable difference. Camera controls, Studio Mode and overall performance feel much better now. The game still has some rough edges, but the developers are clearly putting effort into expanding it.
A fun adult adventure with a lot of potential. The customization options are getting better and the game feels much smoother after the recent updates. Some systems still need polishing, but there is a solid foundation here.
