0/8008135.4267644465513325554317004989898346787 The reason for these games is because Valve banned all NFT buying and Blockchain games. This is just NFT’s in a new form. Already seen a few of these with locked inventories well the devs run away with the market trade cash. Every time a thing is sold steam makes a % and the dev who published the game makes a %. Almost every item sells for 0.03$ meaning steam makes 0.01$ the dev makes 0.01$ and the player who sold it makes 0.01$. Its a circle jerk of money between players well the devs take money off the top every time. All of these games WILL be banned at some point and only a very few people who used auto clickers and cheated the system will be walking away with money. Already seen a few of them with like 700+ items in every one of these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ games. These games were made to be farmed by Chinese bots and you're never going to come out on top. Every single one is made by a different 1 game dev that knows they will get banned. I would bet money most of the games are made by the same person. seen a few of these market scam game devs rocking vac and game bans
A low effort Idle game in a long line of them all about Steam inventory items to make money with no over-sight for poor gaymers.

"Seeds" is another one of those scam clicker games like "Banana". Not really a proper game for gamers, more intended to farm and manipulate Steam Inventory items for the Steam Marketplace as the developer tries to cash in and exploit Steam features. This is obviously unethical, and it doesn't do much good for gamers or the industry, either. It's harmful stuff. In this case the traditional picture of a banana has been replaced with a little Farmville Lite game where you just tap on various squares and grow what might as well be NFTs. Sure, it's not backed by a blockchain, but the intention is the same... this functions like a blockchain/NFT game where the primary purpose is to scam gamers and make the dev rich for nothing. Yeah, it's cancer. This features really godawful, lazy pixelcrap/MS-Paint "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks bad because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. This is only superficially free. The real purpose for this game is for the developer to farm and exploit Steam Inventory items that drop through the game. They can then sell these items in bulk on the Steam Community Marketplace. This kind of Steam abuse, combined with a minimum-viable-product non-game, does no service to gamers whatsoever. This is pollution... it's harmful to everyone. It hurts genuine indie devs, who have to compete with this pollution to get visibility for their sincerely made games. It makes indie devs look bad. It makes it harder for gamers to find those genuinely made games. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 4 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
