It's an idle game where the first thing you finish is the prestige system... I didn't even see all the prestige upgrades shown in the store page images. Also all or most of the music is copyright which is fun. Either play Scritchy Scratchy for a better scratching incremental, or play Far Fishing by the game dev as this game as it's progression is good.

Scratchers is an incremental simulation game developed and published by muffler that takes the familiar thrill of lottery scratch cards and turns it into an engaging progression-driven experience. Instead of focusing on action or narrative, the game embraces the addictive cycle of earning money, purchasing stronger scratch cards, unlocking upgrades, and gradually building an increasingly efficient operation. Its simple premise makes it immediately approachable, while its expanding systems ensure there is always another milestone to pursue. Fans of idle and clicker games will quickly recognize the satisfying loop of constant growth, but Scratchers distinguishes itself through its charming presentation and steady introduction of fresh mechanics. The gameplay begins with manually scratching lottery tickets in hopes of earning enough money to purchase additional cards and permanent improvements. Although the opening hours are intentionally straightforward, the game gradually introduces a larger variety of scratch cards that feature different payout structures and gameplay mechanics. This prevents progression from feeling overly repetitive, as each newly unlocked card offers another opportunity to refine strategies and maximize profits. Instead of relying solely on larger numbers, the game rewards experimentation with different combinations of upgrades and ticket selections, giving players multiple ways to improve their overall efficiency. One of the game's strongest features is its automation system. As players accumulate wealth, they unlock workers capable of scratching tickets automatically, allowing the operation to continue generating income with minimal manual input. Watching a small collection of automated helpers slowly transform into a highly productive lottery business delivers the satisfying sense of advancement that defines the best incremental games. The automation mechanics reduce repetitive clicking without removing the feeling of accomplishment, creating an enjoyable balance between active management and passive progression that suits both casual and dedicated players. Beyond automation, Scratchers introduces a prestige system that significantly extends its replay value. Once players reach certain milestones, they can restart their progress in exchange for permanent bonuses that accelerate future runs. These resets never feel like losing progress because every new attempt becomes faster, more rewarding, and opens access to additional upgrades unavailable during the initial playthrough. The inclusion of the mysterious Void and other long-term progression systems provides meaningful incentives to continue playing well after the early objectives have been completed, ensuring that each cycle contributes to a larger sense of overall advancement. The visual presentation complements the gameplay exceptionally well. Its colorful pixel art style creates an inviting atmosphere while maintaining a clean interface that clearly displays currencies, upgrades, and progression systems without overwhelming the player. Animations are simple but satisfying, giving every successful scratch card and upgrade purchase enough visual feedback to reinforce the game's rewarding loop. Combined with relaxing sound effects and an unobtrusive soundtrack, Scratchers creates a laid-back experience that encourages players to settle in for either brief sessions or extended periods of progression. Despite its many strengths, the game is not designed for everyone. Players searching for an elaborate storyline, deep character development, or mechanically demanding gameplay may find its repetitive nature limiting. While the gradual introduction of new cards, automation features, and prestige mechanics successfully keeps progression interesting, the core activity always revolves around scratching tickets and optimizing income. Some players may also encounter pacing issues during later stages where progression slows considerably, making patience an important part of the experience. Overall, Scratchers succeeds by taking an ordinary concept and transforming it into an enjoyable incremental simulation filled with rewarding progression, satisfying automation, and meaningful long-term goals. Its accessible gameplay, expanding upgrade systems, charming pixel art, and effective prestige mechanics make it an easy recommendation for fans of idle and clicker games. Although it occasionally suffers from repetitive gameplay and slower late-game progression, its polished design and addictive progression loop make it a worthwhile addition to the genre. Players who appreciate watching small beginnings evolve into highly efficient automated systems will likely find themselves returning for just one more upgrade or one more prestige cycle. Rating: 6/10
Horas jogadas: 3h

nice short game, pretty repetitive but its short enough to not be tedious
Not something I'd recommend to other people. You max out the upgrades & the prestige upgrades in under an hour. It's cute. Has an idea behind it, but incredibly short to 100%.
this is fun. gambling is fun. i should try it out IRL
This is a decent game. The art and Music are Great. However, It is incredibly short I was able to 100% it in about an hour and it only took me 2 prestige and 3 upgrades. Overall I would recommend it but I could seem it being a more in between than positive or negative. I look forward to seeing what the developer learns from this and makes next.
Fun little game to kill 2 hours
