This one is a very poorly designed incremental. And Hoo boy, I've played a lot of them. Let's start with explaining the gameplay. You gather ingredients by running an auto-clicker over a field of stuff. If you have no auto-licker, do not buy this game. You will give yourself RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) I am only half joking here. This game is not worth the damage to your fingers / wrists. You cannot hold the cursor down, you have to click, a lot. You then guess which ingredients combined with each other make potions (Don't worry, it remembers what didn't work, and you unlock recipes that give you the answers) You don't have to make multiples of each potion, this just gives you more money per minute, which does come in handy for unlocking upgrades. You unlock enough, you get these squiggly blue/pink things and you use them to unlock upgrades when you prestige (Start over) eventually you get to keep things when you start over. To the point that eventually you're just clicking a button to spend the squiggly things. You can click on the customers for a tiny pittance of money, but given that the screen is moved by clicking and dragging, this is hellish to do, even with an auto-clicker. Not worth the bother really. Now to another of my problems with the game. There are decorations and with them you can decorate your shop. Sounds great so far... When you upgrade the size of your shop, their position is scattered.... Okay, so that's annoying. When you prestige, their position is scattered. It should be noted, they do give bonuses. But I'd far prefer it just unlocked the bonus in a menu, and what ones you'd placed don't matter, that's just cosmetic. Then you could decorate it to your preference, and ideally, the game should also remember where you've put the bloody things. Because as it is, it's just a random assortment of stuff. You can even click to place them randomly. To save you the trouble of collecting every decoration, because there is no achievement for doing that and it will take you an extra ton of clicks / auto clicks and a ton of RNG. All that happens is you get a screen congratulating you for collecting them all. No extra dialogue or anything. But I figured I would do this arduous task, just to make my review even more helpful and save future gamers the trouble. To save you even more trouble... and this did take a very long time. Getting every single upgrade, does nothing. No dialogue, no screen. Nothing. But I wanted to be thorough in my masochism here. (Okay, I was waiting for someone, they're still not here.) You can easily get every achievement in roughly 2-3 hours. Maybe faster, should be noted, I did skim read through all the dialogue, so it's not like that took up much time either. The game is riddled with references to other games, mostly minecraft. A lot of them aren't references and are just flat up pictures / models from minecraft. It really only proves to be eyeroll worthy. Note, this game is cheap, but even if it were free, I'd recommend against it, as it costs time and it doesn't feel fun during that time. It's just a bit of a slog. Thanks for reading, or skipping to the end. Whether or not you agree with me, I hope you have a lovely day.
Fun, short little incremental. Nothing groundbreaking, but doesn't outstay it's welcome and is appropriately priced. Easy recommend if you're looking for a short bit of fun.
I loved the graphics and background music, it felt quite nostalgic. I found the whole play very relaxing and it kept my interest as it was addictive to keep going when you kept see the shop growing. It is easy to figure out what to do even if you are not a typical gamer. My husband was excited when he saw the subtle nods to Minecraft so you can tell the attention to detail was definitely there when creating this game. Also Sprout is very cute, please can we get some merch made!! I would recommend giving this game a go, why not, it cost less than cup of joe
A charming incremental game. The gameplay play is similar to Digseum where you are breaking down plants in the class to get prestige stars and reagents for crafting. The art is very cute and the game wasn't to hard to 100 percent but i had a good time if you like these types of games you will probably like this one too.
i got 99 problems but a dewdrop mint ain't one
It's not bad, but Digseum is better
I've put in an hour into the game and so cute! I love the pixelated art, it's very nostalgic. The gameplay so far is fun, simple, and I can easily multi-task by having it run in the background. The potions are lovely and fun to discover, definitely looking forward to more of it! Highly recommend. :D
its a pretty good game 6 out 10
Fantastic little incremental! I had a blast 100% it and hope the devs put out more games like it in the future with a little more progression!
Not a bad thing to say about this one. It's the right price and the right amount of content. Two thumbs up. Took 30 hours to 100%, but I often let it run to build up resource while I headed off to the gym.
