Def still in beta, wouldnt recommend at the momnet. I had to restart several times due to glitches, at one point I had 5 audios playing over and over as soon as one stopped it would replay along with the others. I get stuck in the map alot or just fall through it. No option to fast forward or skip any of the audio logs. I was walking along a mountain and fell through it into the ocean and drowned. No options to get unstuck and if you want to go back to last save it saves you where you are, no option not to. And the audio is rough some parts sounded like a kid with a mic in their mouth making noise just to make noise. Looking through others videos and screenshots i didnt have the ability to do what they were doing, couldnt cut down trees, and i constantly have to move an item in my inventory to pick up more items (no rhyme or reason just open menu and randomly move something and youll be able to pick up items again) I would definitely wait the few months to a year before trying this game
