About

The Until the Fire Dies Demo includes Endless Survival, a replayable first-person survival horror mode built around one question:
Can you keep the fire alive until dawn?
Spend the daylight gathering resources and preparing enough firewood to survive after sunset.
When darkness falls, remain close to the flames and survive the horrors waiting beyond their light.
There is no final night.
Survive for as long as you can.

Daylight is limited.
Chop down trees, process the fallen trunks, gather stone, and construct a chopping stump and campfire before the forest becomes hostile.
Every minute matters.
Whatever you fail to prepare during the day becomes a problem you must face after dark.

Place collected logs onto the chopping stump and split them into individual pieces of firewood.
Pick up each piece, rotate it, move it, throw it, or stack it beside the campfire.
The stockpile you build during daylight becomes the time you have left after sunset.
Poor preparation can leave you searching for fuel while the flames disappear.

When night begins, the campfire becomes your lifeline.
Its light holds the horrors back and creates the only safe ground in the forest. Feed the flames as they weaken and watch the protection surrounding you begin to shrink.
If the fire dies, the darkness closes in.

Every night becomes more dangerous.
Enemy pressure increases as your run continues, forcing you to gather more efficiently, manage every piece of firewood, and decide when leaving the flames is worth the risk.
Your axe can defend you, but fighting means stepping away from the only place the horrors fear.
There is no final victory waiting at the end.
Your goal is simple: survive one more night.
Each dawn marks another night survived.
Prepare again, face greater pressure, and see how long you can keep the fire burning before the forest finally overwhelms you.
