If you're reading this, it means the automated systems have finally brought you out of cryostasis. I don't know how much time you have, so I'll get straight to the point.
You're at Mars Site-113, one of our largest anomalous research and containment facilities. Or at least, it used to be. We lost contact with Earth after the Near-Extinction Event (NEE). Whatever happened, it wasn't good. The SCPs we transferred here for safekeeping have broken containment, and the situation is... dire.
We estimate there are only a few hundred personnel left, down from the tens of thousands who were stationed here. Communications are barely holding up, and you're the only one we've been able to reach.
This isn't a rescue mission. This is the last line of defense. You are humanity's last hope.
Secure. Contain. Protect.

I LOVE THE SCP GAMES BUT THIS ONE IS TOP TIER! I CAN'T WAIT FOR CHAPTER 3!!!!!
I do not enjoy the combat system whatsoever well made game though
a seriously delightful surprise with some small caveats I guess first and foremost the game is an absolute feast for people into the broader SCP fiction. at this point in terms of in-universe immersion this is the absolute best SCP game by far. like seriously I kept being like OOHHHH I KNOW THAT I READ THAT ARTICLE OOOOOHHH like 100 times. for me this game is probably going to be a new standard for projects set in this universe. several parts, especially in chapter 2, are also genuinely pretty scary or at least existentially terrifying to think about. what I'm saying is these guys absolutely knocked the atmosphere and worldbuilding out of the park!!!!!! gameplay-wise this is a linear survival horror game wearing a couple of immersive-sim gimmicks that it doesn't really utilize a lot at this point, but probably could later. combat is appropriately clunky and kind of frustrating sometimes. stealth works pretty well here though and most enemies are not too bad to deal with. good foundation for a rewarding progression system that I am hoping will be implemented later, but for now it's kinda just there. crafting system is pretty useful but also sorely in need of expansion in future updates. HOWEVER. even in its current state the game is constantly surprising me with new gameplay additions. a lot of it is very derivative of other games, but in this genre I don't really care about that. there is some great talent behind this game for sure and it manages to stand out for me despite how much it apes from other games (namely Arkane Studios games and related stuff if I had to be specific). game has typical UE5 performance quirks (depending on your system probably) but otherwise it runs great and I have experienced 0 in-game CTDs so far. it looks great and the level of attention to detail makes exploration very gratifying. writing and voice acting are very solid as well. I really hope to see this game in its finished state within a year or two because there is a massive amount of potential here. strongly recommended for SCP readers, generally recommended for survival horror fans.
This game is so outstanding, it gets somewhat challenging so keep that in mind when you play it but it's just so immersive. Yes there are some optimization issues so if you have a bad computer you might what to look for something else or maybe just crank the graphics way down. It does start off a little weak but just keep at it bc it gets way better deeper in. (a side note: the monsters can hear your mic so play it in a quiet area)
i want to use my cool gun but yall are gate keeping it
Thoroughly enjoyed my playthrough of Charters 1 & 2! Looking forward to the multi-player to play with friends, and the upcoming chapters! Enjoyed the faithful recreation of the SCP Universe, the lore drops, the world building through computers and recordings. Didn't experience many bugs on my playthrough. The biggest bugs I ran into was with the HUME teleport hand thing, where I managed to get myself stuck in walls or completely clip outside the map in one case. I'd say my biggest critique of the game is that the Security bots and turrets dont seem to recognize the SCPs as enemies, and won't try to kill them if theyre in the same area (At least from my playthrough where the security bots didn't seem to care about SCP-058s crawling around). Would highly recommend getting this game. Looking forward to future updates!
First hour in and its a great game, I love these "mutant chickens" and it's pretty scary, I'm not too sure about the game as I haven't gotten that far but we will see. Definately post another review later. Edit: Finished the game, and I really enjoyed it, was tediuous as somepoints, as a certified idiot the forest was quite difficult but overall 8/10, Combat would be more fun I hope in Chapter 3, and the Voice acting is a 10/10 for me.
Ну прикольнинько, думал что чумка во 2 эпизоде будет но....
FUN game to play worth the money
There are very few recently made games that are good, this is one of them.
