Don't ignore the mixed reviews. Odds are pretty high you won't like this game. Schim takes a cool concept and immediately squanders it, diluting the joy of jumping from shadow to shadow with a mopey story, a baffling camera angle, confusing puzzles, and messy level design. Tried to play this one with my kid and we were both put off within minutes. Pushed through the first hour, then refunded.

Very cute and great graphics, despite some of its shortcomings i still find myself coming back to this game

This is exactly what a cozy puzzler should be. Lovely art style, interesting mechanics. Long enough to come back to several times. Nice main plot, told wordlessly in the background, in a way that gave you a goal, but didn't get in the way of the main gameplay if you didn't care for it.

This game is a work of art. It's a hommage to growing up and living life in the Netherlands with a unique art style that is second to none. The gameplay mechanic of hopping from shadow to shadow is explored in many creative and surprising ways and it's an overal chill and laid back experience. The sound design is excellent as well and the recent addition of a 360 camera really adds to the flow of the game and a sense of freedom to explore it's many wonderful setpieces. A big improvement to an already great game. Just a wonderful effort by the developers and an accomplishment to be proud of. I really enjoyed it and I imagine I will return to it from time to time if only to marvel at the artstyle alone. Well done!

VERY GOOD GAME

Deze recensie zal ik maar even in het Nederlands schrijven, wel zo toepasselijk. Dit is echt een heel schattig spel, met prettige muziek en veel heel herkenbaar nederlandse elementen! Relaxerend is niet hoe ik dit spel altijd zou omschrijven, omdat er soms wat licht frustrerende sprongen tussen zitten, en soms blijft de schim in een cutscene zitten terwijl ik alleen maar kan denken: "Grijp je kans!!", maar de meeste momenten zijn zen. De tekenstijl is overigens ook erg mooi! Zeker een aanrader! P.S.: Heb het spel op m'n huidige speeltijd nog niet uitgespeeld hoor, maar weet niet precies hoe lang het wel is.

мне понравилось играть. но не долго. оно скучная и однообразная. механика интересная, но однотипная. миссии- из точки а в точку б прыгать и добраться и всё. жалко конечно но не хочу поставить дизлайк. скорее смешанное чувства от игры
