Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Saylor Anime Puzzle Boys & Girls, developed and published by Saylor Games, is a casual puzzle title that revolves around one of the most familiar mechanics in the genre: reconstructing images by rearranging sliding tiles. Designed primarily as a light and accessible experience, the game focuses on anime-style artwork as the centerpiece of its puzzles. Rather than offering a complex narrative or layered puzzle mechanics, it presents players with a straightforward objective—reassemble scrambled pictures featuring anime characters by carefully moving tiles into their correct positions. The simplicity of the concept makes it easy for almost anyone to understand immediately, allowing players to jump into solving puzzles without needing tutorials or complicated instructions. The core gameplay follows the structure of a sliding puzzle, where the image is divided into a grid and shuffled before the player begins. One tile space remains empty, and players must move adjacent tiles into that space to gradually restore the image. While the mechanic itself is extremely familiar and has existed for decades in various puzzle formats, it remains effective because it challenges the player’s ability to think ahead and manage spatial relationships between tiles. Each move must be considered carefully, as a poorly planned action can cause other pieces to shift away from their intended positions. As a result, even simple puzzles can require patience and logical planning to solve efficiently. To provide a sense of progression, the game allows players to tackle puzzles with different grid sizes. Smaller puzzles can usually be completed in a short amount of time, making them suitable for quick play sessions. Larger grid sizes increase the complexity significantly, requiring players to track many more tile positions at once. These larger puzzles demand greater concentration and strategic thinking, especially when nearing completion and attempting to align the final few pieces. While the basic gameplay never changes, the increasing puzzle size does offer a moderate level of challenge for players who enjoy gradually testing their problem-solving skills. The artwork used for the puzzles is clearly the central theme of the game. Each image features anime-style characters, both male and female, portrayed in colorful and stylized illustrations. These characters often appear in cheerful, relaxed, or playful scenarios that reflect the lighthearted tone of the game. For players who enjoy anime-inspired aesthetics, assembling these images provides a visual reward upon completion of each puzzle. However, the selection of artwork is relatively limited, meaning that players may eventually encounter repetition once they have completed all available puzzles. An additional feature included in the game is a large collection of Steam achievements tied to puzzle completion and gameplay milestones. These achievements encourage players to revisit puzzles multiple times or attempt more difficult versions of the same images. For achievement hunters, this system provides an extra incentive to continue playing even after completing the basic puzzle set. The presence of many achievements gives the game a sense of extended progression despite its otherwise simple structure. Visually, the game adopts a minimal interface that keeps the focus on the puzzle itself. The layout is clean and straightforward, with clearly defined tiles and simple controls that make it easy to move pieces around the grid. The design avoids unnecessary visual distractions, allowing players to concentrate entirely on solving the puzzle. This simplicity is appropriate for a game built around relaxation and casual play rather than intense competition or complex mechanics. Sound design in the game is extremely minimal, featuring basic interface sounds and light background audio. The audio elements serve primarily as subtle feedback when tiles are moved or puzzles are completed. While the sound design does not play a major role in the overall experience, it helps maintain a calm atmosphere that suits the puzzle-solving gameplay. The quiet presentation allows players to treat the game as a relaxing activity rather than an intense or immersive audiovisual experience. Despite its accessible design, Saylor Anime Puzzle Boys & Girls has several limitations that become apparent after extended play. The most noticeable is the small amount of content available. With only a limited number of images to assemble, players may complete the entire puzzle collection relatively quickly. Although different grid sizes add some variation, the fundamental gameplay remains unchanged throughout the experience. This lack of mechanical variety can make the game feel repetitive once the initial novelty wears off. Another aspect worth mentioning is the use of AI-generated artwork for the puzzle images. While the illustrations still provide visually appealing content for players to reconstruct, the reliance on generated assets reflects the game’s modest production scope. Some players may not mind this approach, while others might prefer hand-drawn artwork that offers more unique character designs and artistic personality. Even with these shortcomings, the game still fulfills its purpose as a casual puzzle experience. Its simple mechanics make it approachable for players of all ages, and the anime-themed visuals give it a niche appeal for fans of the art style. Because puzzles can be completed quickly, the game works well as a short distraction or a relaxing activity that does not require a large time commitment. Overall, Saylor Anime Puzzle Boys & Girls is a modest and uncomplicated puzzle game designed primarily for casual players who enjoy anime imagery and traditional sliding tile challenges. While it does not introduce new ideas to the puzzle genre and offers limited content, it still provides a relaxing experience for those looking for a quick mental exercise. Players who appreciate simple puzzle mechanics and light achievement hunting may find it enjoyable for brief play sessions, even if the experience remains relatively short-lived. Rating: 5/10

Toothpaste, Cremescheise
