The game can be idle but you have to be active from time to time to make progress. There is some planning involved if you want to be efficient, placing buildings randomly might involve more time consumed on delivery etc. Check the next plant to plant appropriate ones to pass the stage. It's really nice once you grasp the idea, checking Wiki may be useful as well. I recommend it, for the $4-5 basic game totally worth it.

I don't know about others, but this wasn't fun for me. I tried to just play the game, and it wasn't fun. I also tried it while working or watching videos, etc., but it still wasn't fun. I didn't like the progression system and gameplay wasnt that interesting. It looks like I am not a fan of bottom-of-the-screen type games. I would rather put an idle game on my second monitor than this.

Have a done a whole lot in the game? No, I'll admit. Do I enjoy the fact that I paid almost nothing to have an old, cute little robot run a farm on the bottom of my monitor while I watch a german catgirl stream? You bet your butt I do
