Rustic Defense is a hexagonal fantasy tower defense game with roguelike elements, generated enviroment with option explore your own way.
Like in classic tower defense game, you build turrets that fight with incoming enemies.
You can research 15 types of turrets that belong to five categories (archery, natural, guns, throwing, splash). Every turret has physical damage, advanced turrets adds elemental damage bonus (fire, poison, ice) and special attack feature. Elemental damage rise overtime damage or slowing monsters.
Also you can unlock heroes (depends on your progress) that helps you.
Enemies incoming from four bioms. The Valley is nearest and enemies haven`t any armor. Mountains, Desert and Swamp monsters has armor with resistances to specific elemental attack.
Enemies are in several classes : normal, special, boss and special chapter enemy.
Map and enviroment is randomly generated. You can choose from 10 chapters that modify generated map and tactics.
Every map contain 40 - 50 waves and can be done to hour of playing.
After each wave you can choose way that you want to explore.
After every game you obtain experiences depends on reached wave. Those experiences you can convert to abilities in a skill tree, that give you advantage for rest of game.
Skills are passive (permament) and active, that you can choose during game in carddeck.
If you have more skills and feel confident, you can choose harder chapter and earn more experience. Later in a game you can research speciality like support from sea, heroe`s special skill or chance to deal epic card that can change whole game.

Absolute TD classic - the most amazing meta-progression tree I've ever seen in a TD game - a bargain for the price.

J'étais parti pour y jouer 1h30 pour voir et potentiellement le faire découvrir à d'autres, j'ai fait 3h30 dessus. Et j'ai hâte de le relancer. Ce jeu est génial, la carte est créée aléatoirement, le côté roguelite associé au tower défense est une excellente idée. Le jeu est tenu à jour par les dev, et de nouvelles fonctionnalités sont prévu très prochainement. Je reviendrai mettre à jour mon commentaire quand j'aurai encore plus d'heure afin d'y ajouter plus de précisions.
I'm a big fan of tower defense games. This one is a nice twist on the genre. Really enjoying it!
Pra quem curte TD, esse jogo é um prato cheio. Tem gráficos bem simples, mas não influencia em nada na diversão. Joguei pouco, mas já gostei muito do jogo e recomendo, principalmente por causa do preço, ele é bem barato e deve ter uma boa quantidade de horas de gameplay, pois tem muita coisa pra liberar no jogo. Uma pena o jogo não ter opção de linguagem em pt-br.
Unfortunately, far too few people are playing this game. At first I was a bit put off by the graphics and the roguelite gameplay, but since I love tower defense games, I decided to give it a chance. And what can I say—there’s something about this game that really triggers me in a positive way. There’s so much potential here. If only there were achievements, more map layouts, and especially more maps overall, plus a cheaper way to respec, since the grind becomes extremely intense. A 2× speed option would also make a lot of sense.
