political satire art tech demo born from war and pain. just barely gets a thumbs up. really needs more exposed graphics settings, the only thing you can adjust is resolution and xess sampling on or off and adjusting the level of that. beyond that you get a host of disturbing and pointed cutscenes and are occasionally forced during the game to observe pictures of war tragedy to progress. a unique experience. I think the physics are pretty awesome if not all that polished and the game went on longer than I expected. watching all the cutscenes and playing fairly quick it should take only an hour on hard. the game autosaves right before the end so I think? you can run the game back quickly from the last save to get the rest of the achievements. you can also tweak the difficulty to various extremes which is neat. increase enemy count 1000% or their speed or reduce whatever. if this had cloud saving, trading cards and way more graphics options, this would get my full endorsement but as it is. you get what you pay for and I have yet to see any other game except painkiller have as much ragdoll + dismemberment happening at the same time, it just isnt all that well done or enjoyable here. you get like 2 or 3 guns and they are weird and suck. one is an rpg with some kind of black hole warhead or alt fire just shoots a regular sort of rocket. more than a single enemy type so that is good. very middling but ultimately had more going for it than not. just barely passable. a good tech demo. bring at least 6gb vram
