Rugby League Live 4

I take back what I said about this game on my RLL3 Review it is way better than RLL3. The only issue I have about this game is that the opposition knocks the ball on and the game doesn't count it as a knock on and it is almost impossible to outrun your opponents but apart from that the game is great!

This is the most pointless review ever since the game is no longer available to buy. I like it. I think GTA 6 will be released before RLL5. If there's another game, I hope it'll be a big improvement. The game is crying out for an actual physics engine instead of relying on RNG and a set number of animations that stifle the flow of the game. Despite the overall clunky feel of the game, it's a lot of fun and the only decent game that scratches the rugby itch. Each instalment of Rugby League Live was a massive improvement over the last, we should've had a RLL5 by now and been looking forward to RLL6. I hope this game is picked up again, it's a massive shame that the only genuine Rugby League game IP is just dead in the water right now. The RFL and/or NRL need to invest into the franchise and build up the momentum BigAnt in developing this title.

this game aged poorly, especially with the new one being a reskinned version of this game, still had a fun time playing though
