Rubble Rush

Rubble Rush is a freemium 2D retro pixel local multiplayer endless jumper/platformer that's been slapped together with the godawful GameMaker Studio video game construction kit from Yoyogames. It's a very basic game where you and a friend guide badly rendered 2D retro pixel miners up an ever scrolling mine shaft using platformer mechanics. Yawn. GameMaker Studio is a very poor quality game construction kit, and unsurprisingly results in products that have little to no value as games, especially when compared to the work of professional developers who create genuine products for gamers. Using a video game construction kit requires little to no talent or skill as a game developer. Very often, GameMaker Studio is used to make shovelware and lazy cash grabs. While the base game here is free, the developers are still trying to make some money out of a GameMaker Studio construction kit game of woeful quality, so there's not really that much altruism going on here. Like most GameMaker Studio construction kit "games", this features lazy 2D retro pixel "art", instead of professionally done, contemporary PC graphics. Controls and resolution are locked, which pushes this below acceptable standards for PC. There's also a completely crap screen filter, which just makes the ugly pixel "art" used instead of proper PC graphics look even worse. While this is slightly free, it's terrible.

Locked up after playing for a minute or two.. What can you expect for free I guess.. but because of the trouble to exit after it locked up... couldn't pull up task manager had to put task manager on a different desktop to access to kill I'm giving it a no.

Игра строго на двоих игроков. Тут нет меню, настроек и выбора сложностей. Сразу кидают в бой. Жаль, что нет ИИ противника, совершенно никакого. Визуально игрушка стильная и красивая, музыка однообразная и быстро надоедает (нельзя выключить, ведь нет настроек).
