Pastime game, match 3 Hidden objects. IN this chapter we have to help sweet Rory as she attends classes at the Culinary School. He will have to learn how to prepare 30 mouth-watering dishes and recipes made in various parts of the world But our dear friend Rory has a dream in the drawer: she would like to have her own coffee bar where she can work. For this we must help her earn money to be able to buy all the necessary furniture in her diner. Will Rory be able to fulfill this great desire of hers? PLAYABILITY First we can choose the game mode: 1 Relaxed, if we only want a pastime, 2 Casual, for a balanced experience and 3 Challenge, if we do not stop in front of any difficulty. There are many scenes "Search objects" where we have to look for all the ingredients that appear written, if you do not understand what ingredient you have to look for just click on the word and it will show you the figure to look for in the mess of the kitchen. In addition to food, if you look closely you can collect coins and if you find the hidden LOGO you are lucky you can receive an extra cash. There are Match 3 scenes where you have to collect food for recipes. Then you can work in the pastry shop, your task is to serve delicious Muffins to customers: they must be covered with colored creams of different flavors and garnished with cherries, Smartis, chocolate chips and more. But the thing that amused me the most was preparing the Pizzas !!!! You have to put the various toppings on the base, in order to create a real food decoration, as you can see in the pizza that acts as a model placed nearby. Continuing in the game you will earn coins that you will need to improve the recipes or to buy all the pieces of furniture of the future Bar, Rory's diner, the choice is yours to furnish it according to your tastes. There is also a nice rhythmic music that will cheer you up while you help Rory. If you love cooking there are also other chapters of this game: 1-Rory's Restaurant Deluxe (March 28, 2016) 2-Rory's Restaurant Winter Rush (January 3, 2017) 3-Rory's Restaurant Origins (November 15, 2017) I also played a previous chapter of the series, but I liked this much more, I find it improved, it is enriched with many mini-games and I like the idea of furnishing the Bar. I recommend it, it's fun and I didn't find it boring because there are several things to do, and don't forget to read the brief explanations of each dish you will serve they are interesting. Please follow United Critics for quality reviews
Good things:
This game is a mix of 4 mini games. There is hidden objects game and there is match 3 game and there is a game where you have to pick the right ingredients to create cupcakes according to orders and one game where you have to put toppings on the pizza in the right spots. You can upgrade your recipes in your recipe book to make your dishes give you more money and you can also upgrade your restaurant for it to look better. You can also buy hints and boosters for hog mini game. All in all hidden objects game is the biggest part of this game.
Bad things:
To tell the truth I really only liked the cupcakes mini game as it was the one that was the most close to real cooking. The second good mini game was the pizza one but it had many strange ingredients as topping like potato chips or things covered in chocolate but all in all it was an ok game as you try to match your pizza look to the one that was ordered. The match 3 game was really basic and it was not interesting at all and the game even gives you free hints what to move where if you don’t click anything for 3 seconds. The main part of the game is hidden objects game and by far it is the worst part of this game. The products are lying all over kitchen/restaurant even on ground or are floating in the air so they are all over the place just randomly put everywhere and the whole kitchen/restaurant looks like a chaos and health and safety hazard. Also the whole cooking is just clicking the products in order that are displayed under the customer one by one and that makes the recipe book pointless as you can’t just remember what ingredients are needed for a dish and just click them when you see them – no you have to click the one ingredient that is displayed under the customer and only after that you can click another one and another one. It would be much better if they would just get rid of the whole hidden objects game and instead let you pick ingredients and mix them up in order to cook a meal just like you do in the cupcake mini game.
Conclusion
This is just a mix of 4 mini games and I found only 1 of them to be fun. If you are looking for fun cooking game look somewhere else. Overall score 3.5/10
Good for nostalgia and a challenging/fun replay (does come with 3 modes) up until you get the bug where the customers... NEVER APPEAR. Or you might get 6 out 7 customers and then gotta wait out the timer/restart. After the 5th time, I am sick and tired of wasting all my time on majority of the customers for the last one to NEVER SHOW UP! The game can serve itself.

I remember that I played a game called Gourmet Mania as a kid and this is basiclly the same concept. Love the old games here. Wish more would come
Recommendation: An endless hidden-object game that feels like the video game equivalent of the "Find all the household objects" puzzles you'd find on a children's placemat in a diner. It's fine. Critique: This is actually pretty fun, for quite a while. It has a lot of novelty compared to other hidden object games, because each screen is randomly generated: the backgrounds are the same, AND the objects on the screen are all the same, but their size and location is different every time. But there isn't really a story and no real sense of progression. You just keep playing levels endlessly. They're fun, but without that sense of progress and an approaching conclusion, it eventually lost its luster for me. But I did play this a LOT before I stopped; each level is timed, and you get about a minute. I played the game for 10 hours, meaning that I played hundreds of levels before I got exhausted.
