About ROMEO IS A DEAD MAN
Take control of the protagonist Romeo Stargazer in this third person singleplayer action adventure, split into various chapters. His story is both unpredictable and littered with intense battles, interspersed with side missions to suit the player's pace.
A story that transcends space-time
This game's story starts with space-time itself being shattered by a certain incident. Romeo, too, on the brink of life and death finds himself revived by a new kind of super technology. Thus he is recruited for the FBI's Space-Time Police as a special agent, and wanders the cosmos in search of criminals who've taken advantage of the situation at hand in an attempt to bring justice back to the universe. At the same time, he looks for clues concerning his missing girlfriend Juliet, and quickly comes to find both her disappearance and the destruction of space may be more linked than he thought. Donning the mask called Deadgear, what awaits Romeo at the edges of space-time?
Fight blood with blood
Romeo switches between swords and guns to fight. Wipe out the waves of enemies that stand in your path to give birth to a new kind of bloody action, and take down the fearsome space-time criminals that await. Absorb the blood of your enemies to unleash Romeo's special attack: Bloody Summer, capable of turning any situation around. Romeo's various weapons can be strengthened and altered as the story moves forward as he takes on even stronger enemies.

Romeo is a Dead man foi uma experiência muito bem vinda em meio aos lançamentos atuais, apostando em um estilo narrativo e de gameplay bem diferentes do padrão visto na maioria dos AAA lançados. Um combate Hack n' Slash combinado a uma narrativa e personagens muito envolventes é o que te espera nesse jogo. O loop de gameplay embora repetitivo não se torna cansativo devido a pouca duração do game em uma jogatina que não visa o 100% Recomendo fortemente esse game para quem curte Hack n' Slash e para quem quer explorar uma narrativa que foge do convencional.

Fans of Suda's previous work will know what to expect; this is Suda and his team at Grasshopper at their best, add it to your collection of Grasshopper titles and you won't be disappointed. Newcomers to the 'genre' of Suda51 might be a little lost here, you're in for frequent genre switches, break-neck gameplay one chapter then slow as molases gameplay the next chapter, music videos, live action, anime, humor, proverbs. Just buckle up for the ride, at the very least the gameplay at its core is a third person action hack and slash shooter that has you taking out zombies and other monsters with 4 melee weapons and 4 ranged weapons, all with super-charged special attacks that are satifying spectacles with every kill. The game will take you roughtly 10-12 hours for a run through normal, short and sweet, high replay value. The only downside was there are no real unlocks to speak of, would have liked some extra weapons or costumes after beating the game, really isn't anything aside form NG+. Aside from this, glad to add it to my Suda colleciton.
小众大粪精品。对比suda51以前的剧本，本作的构成只能说变得相对成熟收敛了点，虽然结尾依旧还是魔的批爆。 战斗就是英雄不再那套很平庸的系统，没啥看点，而且手感调的很垃圾，我甚至觉得反而退步了。 我一直觉得suda51适合做avg更适合他发挥，动作游戏这套这十几年吃下来确实有点噎住了，总有恶心人的地方
LSD, Punk, The Clash, Gundam, Tokusatsu e esquizofrenia pura. Um dos melhores jogos que joguei este ano. O game tem amor, tem personalidade e valeu cada centavo gasto. Goichi Suda (SUDA51) entregou uma verdadeira obra-prima!

Romeo is a Dead man has so much creativity and passion put into it. I went into this blind and this could be a GOTY contender for me even if it might not hit a general audience. After finishing this and getting the 100% I for sure have to have a go at the rest of the Grasshopper Manufacture and SUDA51 games.

Amazing experience, I can't get the soundtrack out of my mind, its surprisingly deep under all the unhinged suda51 nature, I hope he keeps making games because they are something else.
If you enjoy sick ass music, badass combat and a once in a lifetime story about love and life then you should play this game. Its confusing, mesmerizing and one hell of a ride that everyone should go on. Play ROMEO IS A DEADMAN. ♡♡♡
