A story that transcends space-time
This game's story starts with space-time itself being shattered by a certain incident. Romeo, too, on the brink of life and death finds himself revived by a new kind of super technology. Thus he is recruited for the FBI's Space-Time Police as a special agent, and wanders the cosmos in search of criminals who've taken advantage of the situation at hand in an attempt to bring justice back to the universe. At the same time, he looks for clues concerning his missing girlfriend Juliet, and quickly comes to find both her disappearance and the destruction of space may be more linked than he thought. Donning the mask called Deadgear, what awaits Romeo at the edges of space-time?
Fight blood with blood
Romeo switches between swords and guns to fight. Wipe out the waves of enemies that stand in your path to give birth to a new kind of bloody action, and take down the fearsome space-time criminals that await. Absorb the blood of your enemies to unleash Romeo's special attack: Bloody Summer, capable of turning any situation around. Romeo's various weapons can be strengthened and altered as the story moves forward as he takes on even stronger enemies.

With my whole heart I recommend this game, even just in the first 100 minutes of playing it. It defies convention in such a lovely way. The style here is more stylish than Persona 5, the pace keeps you wondering what will happen next, the music, even when just selecting items to buy, is banging. If you like the weird, the unexpected, style for styles sake, the unconventional, the absurd - this game is for you.

This game was a blast.
Romeo is a cool man
Time to Kill The past once again.... After a long wait since the last Grasshopper game, Romeo Is a Deadman has arrived! Feels like a spiritual successor to past games such as NMH, Killer7, and Killer is Dead, while still maintaining an identity of it's own. Gameplay was easy to get into but it still had really tough moments, while that may be due to the fact I probably didn't prep for the stages/bosses adequately. It was great to also see characters from other KTP games make an appearance (Unfortunately Fleming from Shadows of the Damned was cut again). The OST is another high point, examples include Fused Reanimated and Liar (The Opening Theme). Cons: -Main game did feel a bit short -Noticeable frame drops -Trying to reload a ranged weapon just to start using melee attacks aimlessly -Despite the levels being set in certain eras they don't feel like the years that they portray Overall, This Game is a good starting point for those looking to get into KTP and also still a great entry for those who have already played Grasshopper's other games. 9/10
