Rogue Descent

Despite its simple graphics, the game is quite addictive for about an hour. After that it starts to feel repetitive because there’s nothing really new to discover. The current price is too high right now and I hope the developer will change it for his own sake. Overall it’s not a bad roguelite, so I'm going to give it a positive review

Pretty good, retro game. There are a decent bit of aspects that are pretty nice and rather simplistic. Fighting happens automatically and you really just choose your class and boons. Played for about an hour, not too bad. I ended up beating the first "dungeon" on my second run, but I encountered a bug after picking up a "+1 heal on hit" armor, swapping it for another armor, but the +1 heal stayed... I'd say get it on sale if you can, but it's definitely worth it.

3 days after launch, so it has some bugs (restarting after dieing puts you in the same spot you died in, then you fight, then it blinks you back to the start except you keep the hp damage). Other then that, it's got potential. Fun, minimalist, retro. Wish it had more inventory slots than 3 but maybe that would make it too easy. Snag it on sale.

Simple but addictive retro arcade fun.

Pretty good game, gave it a few hours but will keep playing it, as for now there are a few different classes with "perks", a few of them are REALLY good (Berserker I'm looking at you) and others are just there like the Warlock and the Acolyte, boons system is good but could improve in some ways. The gameplay its quite simple, you move, you autofight, you choose between options of loot, you go to the next room. If the devs read this, please consider adding the option to hold direction keys for movement! Got my finger tired of pressing W! And keep upgrading the game, you are on the right way to get something really good!
