Dont let the name or the loading screen fool you, this is a gem!! Rockshot has everything I love about my favorite FPS games. Hit box and gun mechanics similar to CS:GO, Base building, sneaking/peaking of MGS5, Mele combat with dynamic grabs, fast pace action, jump in and out and zombie mode like COD. Its interesting, kind of bloody and all around fun. This is what Fortnite wants to be when it grows up.
This game is awful. To put it short and sweetly for those just browsing reviews. It follows a pay-to-win model, for starters; Regular weapons can only be used for a limited time before you have to buy them again, ranging from 1 day to 7. The prices for regular weapons for in-game currency are also painfully unfair compared to how much you gain per match. The Gacha, a type of in-game gambling machine, offers incredibly overpowered weapons if you buy tickets for them, which cost premium currency, which costs real money. There are several Gachas, and each require their own specific ticket. These weapons are usually permanent, giving the players a straight advantage over everyone else. My first match, a player using the twin knives from one of the Gachas easily dominated the entire match, instantly killing others with two or three strikes after sprinting up to them. This is made worse by the poorly designed melee combat system. Making the issue even worse is the poor handling quality of most guns (Except ones from Gachas which have underbarrel flamethrowers that can instantly kill you.) My advice is to either abandon the game entirely and let it die, or withhold from spending any money on it until they fix their attitudes regarding the monitization model. This behavior cannot be tolerated, it's 2018 for gods sake, grow up Soleil. Advertising the "No Battle Royal" thing was just childish. I don't even play Battle Royals anymore and I found it awful. Something else worth mentioning is the lack of ability to speak to other players outside your faction unless you're in a match with them. You can only send mail to friends or faction members.

too pure for this world
Despite some teleportation laggs during the game (sounds bad i know but its not that bad) the game is really cool in my opinion. Pros: - You can play a zombie mode - Team deathmatch/Free for all modes - And raids (even tho i dont really know how to start one) - Meele action with swords&guitars and more - basebuilding (raids) cons: - during the week (mon-friday) only a few players play this game (one more reason to give it a go lol) - sometimess you teleport back to the place where you have been 1-3 seconds before (depending...) EDIT: Barely any teleportations/laggs for me anymore! BUT: It all is for free, so why dont you give it a try? :D
dont bother its closed
I miss this game. It had a lot of potential and I really enjoyed it when I played with my friends!

Rockshot is an abandoned Early Access pay-2-win third person arena shooter/brawler, where you run around asset flipped 3D environments to bash other players, if there were any. But there's not, because the developers pulled the servers on this crapfest. It failed, and the developers abandoned the game shortly after launch, roughly 4 years ago at time time of this review. The developers killed the servers, and there's no community servers, this is a completely dead game. Let's have an autopsy. Before even bothering to finish the game, they embedded the Red Shell spyware into the game, so they can spy on gamers and harvest private information from them, for profiling and resale to organisations like Cambridge Analytica. Obviously this is unacceptable, and it also provides critical information about these developers to ensure gamers know they can't be trusted and their games are cancer. The developers made the terrible mistake of launching a multiplayer only game in Early Access. This is almost certain to kill the game. Most gamers will evaluate a game only once. If they do so when the game is incomplete, they will check it out, then abandon it (just like the developers did). When (IF) the game eventually does get around to release, there will be no players, because the developers burned the first impressions through their faulty Early Access experience. Players who saw the game and didn't like it because it was incomplete do not come back. Multiplayer games must have a large population if they are to go "viral" and succeed, especially without single player content to fall back on. Releasing a multiplayer only game into early access kills the game population, and thus the game, before the game even launches. The developers made the fatal, lazy mistake of believing that PvP, other players, would be an acceptable substitute for doing the difficult job of adding single player level design, storytelling, NPCs and other rich aspects of designed game content to the game. As a result of this choice by the developers, the game has little to no actual interactive game content. It's a little considered fact that the vast majority of PvP only, multiplayer only games fail. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable subsititue for doing the job of game developers and building a game filled with content. PvP only games must have a huge player base for them to "go viral" and succeed. But with no single player experience to add lasting value to a game, the developers instead chose to bet against all odds that their game would "go viral" without any actual reason for players to want to play the game. Predictably, they lost this bet. It's good that this game is abandoned. But it does serve to relate the important message... not all developers are ethical. If the product is free, YOU are the product. Stay safe out there.
this games name sounds like an earth benders ejaculation 10/10
