kinda thought this would be more metroidvania from the trailer, but its really an action puzzle-platformer. its good for what it is, simple and short. i 100%'d it in under an hour, and there's an achievement for beating it under 10 minutes. i had a laugh at reading the data logs, glad to see devs increasingly make fun of AI in their games. whoever's on this small team has my eye, i liked go go beetle roller and i liked this too! the only significant piece of feedback that i had is specifically for the disappearing blocks system. i don't think the movement in this game is precise enough for what those areas require. it felt frustrating missing jumps because i didnt have a precise enough player controller, especially when multiple are stacked on top of each other or the level design wants me to stair case up by shooting them. i think something that could work to improve this is having boxes in the cardinal directions also form blocks, so shooting one gives you a bigger platform to jump to. unsure how that'd interact with some of the puzzles but its what came to my mind in my playing.
