Неплохая трехмерная графика. Робот получился симпатичный, он отлично анимирован. Просто милашка! А вот геймплей довольно сложный. Прыгать придется много, а чекпойнтов нет. С разбега робот прыгает дальше. Немного не рассчитали – падаем вниз и проходим весь уровень с самого начала. Маленькие дети такое не осилят, а взрослым придется изрядно напрыгаться, проходя очередной уровень. Разнообразие в геймплей вносят предметы, собирание шестеренок и боссы. [h1]Spielbewertung von TrophyHunter[/h1] Dieses Spiel habe ich mir vor einigen Wochen im Angebot gekauft, um es für euch einmal auszutesten. Die Shoppage versprach ein aufregendes Abenteuer, mit einem kleinen Roboter, in Form eines "Jump 'n' Run"s. Das Spiel "Robby's Adventure" wurde vom Entwicklerstudio "DillyFrame" entwickelt sowie veröffentlicht. Es handelt sich hier bei wie bereits erwähnt, um ein einfach gehaltenes "3D Jump 'n' Run" mit einer sogenannten "Sidescroll-Optik". Dabei steuert man einen kleinen Roboter über die Plattformen, muss Zahnräder (Geld) einsammeln und darf dabei nicht sterben oder das Level beginnt von vorne. Grundsätzlich heißt es in der Spielbeschreibung, dass der Roboter zur Reparatur weggegeben wurde, was jedoch keinen Sinn hinsichtlich den im Game existierenden Texten sowie Cutscenes macht. Was ich genau damit meine, könnt ihr im Schluss nachlesen. Aber zurück zum eigentlichen Spiel. Die einzelnen Level wurden schön designt und bieten durch ihre unterschiedlichen Gegner sowie Mechaniken eine nette Abwechslung. Mal darf man sich nicht von Panzern treffen lassen, mal muss man rechtzeitig über Hindernisse springen und ein anderes mal muss man den Kameras ausweichen. Das Spiel durchzuspielen ist im Prinzip eigentlich eine einfache Aufgabe, denkt man zumindest. In Wahrheit wird es einem ziemlich erschwert durch die leider schlechte Steuerung bzw. den unnormalen Hitboxen seines Charakters. Dementsprechend wird dich das Game nicht nur einmal, deine Blutadern im Kopf spüren lassen und wird daher eher frustrierend werden. Also stelle dich darauf schon mal ein, falls du dieses Game testen möchtest. Die Grafik ist in einem eher realistischeren Stile gehalten worden. Auf die repetitiven Sounds möchte ich jetzt nicht weiter eingehen, aus gutem Grund. Das Spiel hat mich knapp 2,5 Stunden beschäftigt, um es 100% durchzuspielen inklusiver Errungenschaften. Ich habe das Spiel für rund 50 Cent erhalten und finde auch den Preis von 1,99€ absolut okay. Das Spiel ist ganz okay, es ist jetzt nicht das Beste, aber auch bei weitem nicht das schlechteste "Jump 'n' Run" was ich diesbezüglich bereits gespielt hatte. Dennoch kann ich definitiv verstehen, dass sehr viele Leute dieses Spiel wegen seinem sehr frustrierenden Gameplay negativ bewertet haben. Ich für meine Seite, werde es jeden Falls positiv bewerten. Achso und noch Etwas, wenn ihr mich fragt, stimmt die Beschreibung des Spiels nicht und zeigt in meinen Augen einfach nur, dass man Spielzeuge mit denen man früher sehr viel gespielt hatte, über die Jahre einfach vergisst. Die Moral dahinter - Egal mit wem oder was du in deinem Leben zu tun hast, das Leben wird immer weiter gehen und du wirst im verlaufe dessen, oft Dinge einfach hinter dir lassen, auch wenn du es nicht möchtest. There is a lot to like here. However: I really want there to be a better explanation for the tool box. The text needs to be organized so that it is readable, or better yet, add some voice acting. Да бы не изливать поток злости и пережитого негатива, а передать лишь факты, быстренько сейчас расскажу что и как. Поехали. [h1] Фактики [/h1] [list] [*] Цена - 61 рубль не самая большая цена, я так вообще за 30 взял, но лучше бы я этого не делал по объективным причинам. [*] Gameplay - перед нами по сути типичный платформер разбавленный долей сюжета и квестов. Многие люди хвалят продукт за сюжетную линию, но обо всем по порядку. Данная игрушка представляет из себя корявый платформер в котором вам придется двигаться из точки А в Б, собирая разбросанные шестеренки, ибо наш инопланетный друг разваливается буквально на глазах и по мере прохождения вам придется его чинить и модернизировать за накопленные шестеренки. В конце вас ждет босс. В общем-то это и есть весь gameplay - бежим, собираем ресурсы, уворачиваемся от препятствий и снова бежим. [*] Графон - 2.5D вид с боку можно назвать вполне оригинальной идеей. [*] Музыка - ничего плохого про нее не скажу. Дело вкуса так сказать. [/list] [h1] Горсть субъективщины [/h1] [spoiler] Если бы не один фактор, игра была бы классная, но лично у меня она вызвала поток ненависти, злости и мата[/spoiler] [h1] Выжимка [/h1] Как я уже отметил выше, игра была бы неплохая, даже может быть отличная, но есть один крайне важный фактор, который рушит все впечатление. Это корявое и деревянное, неудобное управление главным героем. Поверьте моему лмчному опыту или попробуйте сами если денег не жалко, по мере прохождения вы наткнутесь на кучу моментов и уровней где сможите на личном опыте ощутить всю ту боль которую я испытал. Бесконечное множество смертей и траев спокойно вызовет у вас поток красноречивых фраз и злости, из-за этого милый платформер про дружбу робота и мальчика превращается в ад. Еще не понимаю почему все так хвалят сюжет, мол это трогательная история, но лично меня она ничем не зацепила. Битва с боссом тоже не лишина корявых моментов и даже багов, но даже в таком случае после нее я получил удовольствие. Хотелось бы верить, что разработчик подправит управление и играть станет куда проще и приятнее, потому что даже он сам в видео к игре на странице в магазане умудрялся умирать через раз, что еще раз доказывает обоснованность притензии к д3рьмовому управлению. Инди-платформер с симпатичным, маленьким роботом. Сюжет про дружбу мальчика с роботом мне напомнил старый, но популярный фильм «Короткое замыкание». Многие бы мечтали иметь такого друга в детстве. Этот детский на вид платформер имеет недетскую сложность. Не хардкор, но с первого раза преодолеть уровни тут не получится. Робот прыгает с разбега намного дальше. Это добавляет игре сложности, особенно когда чередуются короткие прыжки с длинными. Геймплей с подбором вещей и собиранием шестеренок для ремонта немного напоминает квест, но это платформер, вещи не придется искать, все будет разбросано по уровням, и вы обязательно все подберете по мере прохождения игры. Увлекательная игра с хорошим сюжетом, приятной графикой и поддержкой русского языка. Сложность не отталкивает, а бросает вызов. Хочется пройти все уровни и помочь маленькому роботу вернутся домой!

Robby's Adventure is yet another of literally thousands of 2D retro platformers infesting Steam and lowering the average quality of all video games everywhere. This one is rendered in 3D thanks to the Unreal Engine, unfortunately this adds very little to the experience apart from demonstrating clearly to all the amateur devs who pollute Steam with pixel garbage that there's just no excuse for that kind of laziness. That doesn't mean this is by any means close to a decent game, but at least the developer wasn't as lazy as most of them, so kudos to them for that much at least. This garbage platformer has you controlling some dopey robot looking to find your human being boy buddy, which might be charming if it was narrated well and accompanied with a decent video game, neither of which has happened here. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. The game features mediocre low-polygon "retro" assets, making this look like a barely functional 3D game from the mid 2000s. It's unclear why the developers weren't able to arrange high quality, high polygon count contemporary assets for the game, and also irrelevant... what matters is that this looks bad as a result of their decisions, a compromise PC gamers shouldn't have to put up with. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. While this is on PC, it has all the hallmarks and deficiencies of a console game, from the clunkier than needed control scheme to the less than cutting edge graphics. There's 10's of thousands of PC games on Steam, and PC gamers deserve only the best. This might not appeal to many gamers due to the lack of PC-centric design. It's unclear why this game was never accepted on the video game console appliances it seems to have been designed for. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. Robby's Adventure didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is for collecting 10 cog wheels, you can do this in less than a minute playing the game, trivial to get, but less than 32 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. Hardly a success story, gamers just weren't all that interested in the game. The poor quality of this game is also reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 2 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 50,000 games for gamers to choose from (over 9,000 completely free titles), the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. Robby's Adventure is relatively cheap at $2 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, this is impossible to recommend.
