For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Mixed ⚠️ According to all the developers' claims, this isn't a SnowRunner/MudRunner sequel - it's a standalone game. In practice, that's very hard to buy: same assets, same trucks, same mud mechanics. At launch there was no fuel or damage system; after a wave of negative reviews they bolted those in, but it didn't really help - the game was built around different mechanics from the start, and these additions feel like a crutch. It worked in SnowRunner because it was baked into the foundation from day one. Setting the predecessor aside entirely - the game still lands at a solid "meh." The road-building mechanic is genuinely interesting at first, and the tracked vehicles and logging feel fresh. But you can only properly build a single-lane road. Trying to line up and level a multi-lane road, even with top-tier equipment, turns into a perfectionist's personal hell - the terrain always ends up with folds and bumps no matter what you do. Playing solo on the later campaign maps is a special kind of "fun" - you can genuinely feel the developers artificially padding out playtime. They didn't remove the quarry outright, but they gutted the zones where you can actually load up on sand, so you end up hauling it halfway across the map - and you need a lot of it. For the same reason, there's nowhere left to deploy the mobile quarry truck, making it pointless almost immediately. All the vehicles got arcade-ified and dumbed down. Then there's mods - a genuinely sore point. Back in the day, mods were what saved content-starved MudRunner and even the richer SnowRunner. You could sink hours into fan-made recreations of real and fictional vehicles built for every task imaginable, drive prototype machinery, and pick from maps of every polish level and purpose - racing, hardcore off-road, whatever you were into. The developers have once again switched mod platforms, sliding from the convenient Steam Workshop (MudRunner) to Nexus Mods (thanks to SnowRunner's EGS exclusivity), and now to some clunky platform that wants access to personal data - on which there are, realistically, about a dozen mods total: a couple of trucks, a couple of modified work vehicles like a wide-reach asphalt paver, and that's it. Nothing close to the old mod libraries. Either the fanbase has shrunk to nothing, or the developers themselves have no incentive to support it, since the mods used to look better than the paid DLC. Either way, the result is the same: customization was stripped out, clearly to later sell modified versions of old vehicles as "new" paid content. Overall, everything feels dumbed-down, dragged-out, and dull. There's no way to properly commit to a big road-building project and enjoy a genuinely satisfying result - especially on the last few maps, where the tasks stop feeling like challenges you overcome and start feeling like chores you grind through.
fix ur crap

The game itself looks pretty good, vehicles feel ok as far as I got to experience them and I'm looking forward to see it work. The issue with this game is its controls and their binding. Binding keys to either a steering wheel or a joystick is next to impossible, as the game is not optimized for that as such. Brake for example was throttle, and there was no way to get it to work other than binding it vice versa(brake on throttle pedal for) You would need 3rd party software to override your mouse to a joystick. After 2 hours of fighting the game to get it to work how I want it to(nothing fancy just a steering wheel, pedals and 1 joystick) I finally got it to work. Mid session however, the game randomly forgot whatever I had done and everything stopped working all together. In controls there is a steering wheel tab for the most common steering wheels, but it does not seem to map accordingly. If it ever gets fixed I will try it again, but for now it is too frustrating
Somehow its frustration and relaxing at the same time. The controls are terrible, and the missions can be cryptic, but I keep coming back. It is satifying once you start to progress. Play with a friend, and it improves the fun.
