The Aether Universe is a world where warring civilizations summon the power of Fire, Water, Air, and Earth - and powerful Rivals harness those powers to clobber each other! Rivals of Aether II continues the franchise’s iconic focus on competitive depth, accessible gameplay, and unforgettable characters. Whether you’re a competitive master of the genre or a newcomer looking to have fun, Rivals of Aether II delivers a fast-paced and flashy brawler experience that you won’t forget.

Rivals of Aether II features an exciting base roster of new and returning characters - with post-launch plans to add additional playable characters to the game for free! Each of these playable Rivals have an expansive moveset featuring new mechanics and special moves that are not only an upgrade over the original game, but new to the platform fighter genre as a whole. Shields, ledges, grabs and throws add new layers to the frenetic flow of combat in Rivals of Aether II. On top of that, the Pummel Special, Ledge Special, and Getup Special provide unique combat options that push the genre forward in exciting new ways.

Reviews
Game is terrible every character is overtuned and not fun to play against. Too many gimmicks. Reached plat in this game. Clairen is the only balanced character. All the others are just spam, no such thing as whiff punishing in this game. This game will be dead by next year and gladly so! These developers have no clue how to balance this game.
Game feels smooth def worth buying.
New favorite fighting game. Can play in 120 FPS, new characters drop for free, so much familiarity with other platform fighters and it makes me feel right at home, ROA2 IS MY COMFORT FIGHTING GAME
dfan`s a man with a plan and it seems grand and with what time left at hand we will support the man..... game is fun needs 18 (we have 16 so close) characters though and a side scrolling rougelike co-op mode (dreams in aether) almost a negative review due to no mollo but my wife said I was being a child.
