This game is sick and will only continue to get better over time. It's some of the most fun platform fighting you'll find!
I cant say I was the biggest fan of this game at the start, but almost 2 years in and it's my new favorite fighting game. What was once only a hypercompetitive slug with high high tiers and impossible tech is now... super competitive still, but earnestly trying (and succeeding) in bringing in casual play and tools and fun additions to the roster (thank you for picking La Reina). While there is still a lot to be done with current and future patches, I can gladly recommend this game to more friends and play without having to break their fingers... also please stop nerfing Kragg.

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 6.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I love this game. Had experience with previous platform fighters. It's a really fun game in my opinion. The competition is amazing here. At the same time it is difficult to get into but that's half of the fun for me too. Even getting the hang of movement in training I find enjoyable. The movement mechanics become addictively satisfying the more you choose to engage with it. I cant say I'd see everybody liking this game but that's why I respect it because it does have a unique feel the more you get into it making it the experience known as Rivals of Aether 2. Cool fighting game and looking forward to seeing how it develops further.
