Reviews
I've personally not found a platform fighter that feels better and as balanced as this. Its a niche genre outside of one major exception, but this game honestly deserves a much bigger audience simply for the freedom and expression that the game allows while still being fun and easy to pick up
great fighting game
Play it if you want a smash clone but its not themed after major IPs

Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.56/day in the week to Aug 4 → 6.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A consistently improving competitive game with lots of depth and developers who care
Amazing platform fighter, my favorite besides smash bros
Everything that this game has not just copy pasted from smash is complete ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The menus, the single player, content( this one is just pathetic, especially since queue times can be like 10min sometimes), the micro transaction store actually takes 30 sec to load, the servers are always laggy and often have to restart. The actual gameplay when it works is good. Its just like any other 2d platform fighter with its own quirks (floorhugging sucks tho, but subjective i guess). Also the animations and art is incredible, like the only actual new interesting thing about this game is the art. This game is only somewhat played cuz everyone hates nintendo, which is fair, but apparently that made the developers feel free to neglect everything that wasnt art (at least we are better than nintendo tho... even tho we cant make a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ menu). For this game to be anywhere near recommendable they need to flesh out the single player experience, fix the menus and fix the servers. I dont understand why there is so little actual content in this game. It has such an amazing diehard community, just open community made content. Feels like it would be so easy to just let people made trials and courses to actually teach players how the game works, like combo practice scenarios or whatever. The movement is also a big selling point for 2d platformers in general so why not open up for fan made trials? Overall this game feels like a reskinned version of smash with less content and more bugs, and i cant believe how little new content there actually. Pls open up for community made content. The community Was Able To Build Slippi In A Cave With A Box Of Scraps, just let them helps ffs
would probably be more fun without cc but still good
