Rise of Prussia Gold

O jogo tem tudo o que eu gosto. Cobre muito bem as guerras de Frederico o Grande, é preciso do ponto de vista histórico, os mapas são fantásticos e permitem várias análises diferentes. É emocionante e a IA é excelente. Recebeu muitos elogios. Mas o manual é insuficiente. Não informa tudo o que precisamos saber para jogar. Então, ficamos sem suprimentos sem saber o porquê, as tropas inimigas parecem voar sobre as montanhas e cair na nossa retaguarda, etc... Eu vou recomendar, porque acho que o defeito deve ser meu... Mas, após várias horas jogando, fiquei bastante frustrado.

Lubię tego typu gry ale muszę przyznać, że ta nie wciągła mnie ani trochę.. Co nie znaczy, że jest to zła gra, ponieważ od strony ekenomicznej oraz militarnej jest naprawdę dobrze. Polecam zagorzałym strategom turowym oraz miłośnikom okresu, niedzielni stratedzy mogą sobie odpuścić.

Like all ageod-Games: Nice maps and Counters and a handbook suggesting depth in gameplay. And really there is incredible detailed information down to individual battailions regarding equipment, training, special skills, supply and whatever...BUT: you have almost NO control what your units will do - even if you can issue orders and THINK these would be clear the units act totally unpredictable and you dont even have a chance figuring out why they did what they did or why they refused to act as orderd.[edit]...ah...almost forgot: game crashes now and then.

The main negative point is that russian´s side remains blocked (over 100.000 soldiers) in the main campaing.

Be warned: Steam is ending Windows 7 support with end of 2023. That means that they took my money last year without even supplying the service on this game for two full years. And that even though the game runs perfectly fine with windows 7 all the time. I can not support this cash grap and missleading hardware recommendations on the store page. THey argue that they have every right to rub you, because somewhere in the Eula they put in a sentence or two. Be cautious to buy any game now, if you are not wanting Windows 11. Support for Windows 10 ends soon too. And then they may do the same game again. You may loose the possibility to play what you have payed for in the future. Time is ticking against you...

Najlepsza gra w jaką grałem, polecam każdemu

The controls are kind of confusing. You can only play as Austria or Prussia. But what other game allows you to reenact the carrier of Frederick the Great of Prussia? If you don't know who that man is, this game may not be for you.

This is probably the game and topic best suited to the old Ageod engine. Steep learning curve makes this unsuitable for beginners & casuals. If you like the topic and have the patience to learn the system, get it.

Das Spiel ist, wie typisch für Titel von Ageod, recht komplex und fummelig. Das ein oder andere Mal ist das Spiel bei mir auch eingefroren während einer Schlacht, was aber nicht ständig der Fall war. Wenn man die Einarbeitungsphase gemeistert hat, wird man allerdings mit einem sehr detaillierten historischen Strategiespiel belohnt. Für mich als Brandenburger ist es natürlich super, das man Friedrich den Großen in einem doch recht unverbrauchten Setting (Siebenjähriger Krieg) spielen kann.
