tested the game out the other day.. good little side scroller shmup. "story" progresses like a comic. dont die, its a really big hit to continuing. save deaths for boss battles.. or if your just trying to discover what the level will have. set your shoot button for rapid fire and give your poor finger a rest.

Fun and challenging. I felt like I was playing at the arcades again. Nice rewards for completing missions. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

It's very similar to classic R-Type. It got the pod option thing you can place front or back of your plane just like R-Type and plays very similar to it. Overall, I like the art and the lewds are passable. The game itself plays fairly well. But there is one issue that I can't help but notice: All the levels feel the same. I mean, they're not exactly the same, and there are some little differences between levels. But the background is always the same space layout, only with slight color changes, the enemy patterns are so similar, I can pretty much predict where and what is going to pop out next, and even the boss feels exactly the same, except for their bullet particles. But, the game does get fairly challenging towards the end, and overall it played fairly well.
