About
REWOUND is a first-person VR narrative exploration game where players experience the world through the eyes of a black cat. Through object interaction and time-rewinding mechanics, players enter the collapsing memory world of Miles, a novelist living with Alzheimer’s disease, piecing together his forgotten life within constantly shifting spaces.
The game features a linear chapter-based narrative structure. Players explore environments across different periods of time, trigger fragmented memories, and observe spatial transformations. As time continues to rewind, the boundary between reality and memory gradually begins to blur.
Features:
• Immersive first-person VR narrative experience
• Time-rewinding and environmental exploration mechanics
• Memory-driven storytelling through shifting spaces
• Story progression through object interaction
• A psychological atmosphere centered around Alzheimer’s disease
Hello everyone! REWOUND is the first VR narrative game independently developed by a team of three undergraduate students. While it may not be perfect, we spent a long time carefully creating this story about memory and companionship. Thank you to everyone willing to experience it — we hope you enjoy the journey.

Reviews
I just didn't like it. I understand it was made by 3 undergraduate students. I understand it was only $2.99 USD. However, it's just not good. I didn't like anything about this experience. The VR interactions were poor. The visuals were poor. There's almost no story or gameplay here. It ends by trying to pull at your heart strings. It took me 12 minutes to reach the end credits, but about half the time I was just confused by the poor VR controls. Maybe as a free experience I could have given this a 5/10. Rate 3.5/10. No video as I don't want to berate these college students. Not bad for a first project in college developing a game. I hope they learned some lessons from this and make something better in the future. I won't refund. I wish them good luck.
