Revenge of the Antagonist - BL (Boys Love)

(To answer a beautiful soul's question: Yes, this is enemies to lovers VN). It all started with a string of painful to hear words. Then both guys become actors and... Do you want friendship or romance in the end? Judging by the title, I thought that the MC/Antagonist... Was literally going to take the Love Interest to hell and back. Not literally. But like sabotage? Terrible things? However, as we all know from previous Chani's novels... That's not how things are done. Chani makes pleasant stories... Unless they are psy/horror. Which means that the story wasn't overly dramatic and it wasn't non-existent. It was mild and interesting to read. I actually laughed a few times too! Believe me, that's not an easy task for someone to accomplish. So kudos. The characters? They work with one another. I like the female in her role and by herself as well. OH! The mini-game! OKAY! Basically you look at the line, best to check what *mood* is required prior, and then pick the right emotions!!! If you get it wrong, it tells you. Right? The story continues. Is it hard? It can be if you really can't figure out the emotion. I guess just... Get into how the character should feel? Or just keep trying. You can do it! Although I do gotta say this: I WAS on board with the new director making the story into a BL one. Lol. That would've been... Interesting lol. Alright so: Chani's game. Good. Short, cute game! I enjoyed the acting minigames, and the mc and love interest are cute together.

This is a cute game, very good for a short visual novel. The UI design is snazzy but a bit delayed at times. There are many save files which is cool. The minigame is nice as the expressions are clearly explained, but having a small rules page for the first play of the minigame may help. As fot the characters and story, I like Gerald. He has very lively motivations and a great sense of determination that fleshes him out as a character. His desire for vengeance and grudge against Damain, as well as his traumas of the past gave him a personality that was fun to see! The way in which Damian's personality gradually unravels was also really fun to witness. Side characters like Marie and the Manager were pretty cool too, and the story's commentary on 'looks vs talent in the entertainment industry' was interesting. It was fun as well seeing them film episodes, as their acting moments had a lot of great moments where I got to learn about them first hand via how they behave when acting, which was a brilliant idea! And seeing a romance end that respects boundaries as well as respecting Gerald's orientation as aroace was also neat. The music was alright, I really liked that one cool piano track though- that was a real cool beat!! Some tracks were a bit more enjoyable than others. Overall this game is definitely worth playing, and I liked it. The romance series they were filming reminded me of K-dramas based off webseries, where they hire many handsome actors.

Приятная игра, которая слишком быстро заканчивается. Хочется больше истории героев просто потому что за ними интересно наблюдать, да и в целом игра была интересной. Что ж, это лишь доказательство того что сюжет и персонажи прописаны достаточно хорошо.

Un jeu de plus de ChaniMK ! Et j'apprécie toujours autant le travail, vraiment excellent, très bien réalisé. je recommande vivement. Cette fois c'est une histoire assez courte mais intéressante qui aborde un sujet que j'apprécie. J'ai aimé voir l'évolution des personnages [i](même si parfois j'ai de la peine pour l'actrice car elle est clairement ignorée et oubliée...)[/i]. Si je devais résumer les bons points, je dirait que le scénario est très bon, les contrôles sont cool, les personnages sont intéressants, les graphismes parfaits et surtout j'adore que les personnages clignent des yeux et que leur bouche bougent lorsqu'ils parlent, ça permet vraiment au joueur de rentrer dans l'histoire. Vraiment, une bonne immersion. Même si ce n'est pas mon jeu favoris de ChaniMK, je le recommande tout de même et je lui met la note de [b][h3]7,5/10[/h3][/b]. Cela peut paraître un peu bas mais comme je le disais l'histoire est courte et ce n'est pas ma favorite mais elle reste excellente.
