geiles spiel hängt euch rein es lohnt sich
The shooting gameplay, the movement and the atmosphere is top notch. The game is also quite gorgeous. The story doesn't make much sense without a guide afterwards. The first half of the game, act 1, is not that hatd. BUT this game does NOT respect your time! It's a rogue-like, sure. But the runs are very, VERY long. Count 2-3 hours. Why? Because even though you CAN skip biomes, it doesn't make sense to do so. You'll be massively underleveled for what's to come. So, you have to do all the rooms, pick up everything, etc. That's more game, you mean? Oh yeah, I forgot one thing: you die VERY easily. Act 2 is way, WAY harder than act 1. You loose all your items, gun, etc. when you start act 2... The ennenies hit very hard and have attacks that cause AOE. ALMOST ALL OF THEM! The bonuses you get from artifacts, consumables or even parasites are not as good as the maluses you get from malfunctions. And you can get malfunctions easily, because they had the "bright" idea to make a lot of pickup items and chests corrupted. And you NEED those health items to stay alive. Two hiand you loose ALL your adrenaline, which takes ages to get to 5. And yes: once you diey unless you've got a "second chance" item, you go back TO THE VERY START! So, what happens often is that you play for 2-3 hours. You reach a room with a powerful enemy that kicks your ass and you go back to the start... The artifial item based and rng difficulty AND the long runs make this game VERY frustrating in the end.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 28: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Good game
Very niche game. It's a cosmic horror roguelike, and can be quite brutal at times. As you progress through the game, you'll realize there's a lot more to the story than you initially thought. Even if the themes of grief, guilt, obsession, and mental illness start to become more clear throughout the game, they still remain subtle enough that it makes you doubt what's real and what's not. Over time, you begin to realize that you progressing through the game is not the only cycle that our main character, Selene, is stuck in. I personally loved this game. It's no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, smooth, high-octane and fun. It's difficult, but it's not unfair. The story and theming tie in really well with the gameplay, and it gets to the point where you can literally look at any feature in the game and tie it back to something from the story. I love games that are obscure and don't just feed you all the answers right away, if ever. Sometimes there is no right answer, and that's okay. Once again, abandoning Helios...
Getting this out there first Returnal is a pretty good game on its own. My problem with it lies that that its a roguelite without any of the interesting parts. Pretty much all the items that you find in the game are boring stat increases and you don't really feel any progression in power or playstyle throughout a run. The runs are much longer than the average roguelite but with nothing to really keep you engaged than a change of scenery. its also strangely easy once you get the controls too. I died to the first boss 3-4 times before beating them but then I went on to beat every subsequent boss on my first attempt. The second to last zone doesn't even have a boss at the end so when I beat the final boss it was a surprise to me. By the time I had beat the final boss the in game clock read 10 hours of gameplay. To add on top of all this the game just doesn't run well even all these years later. No matter the settings you will get constant stutters going anywhere that don't ever let up. Overall the game is fine if you want to just beat it once but in my opinion a roguelike without replay ability is very disappointing. If you do pick it up make sure to get it on sale.
Very challenging roguelite with soulslike-difficutly, absolutely love it! Very difficult from the start, you very much need to get quickly used to style, environment, weapons, artifacts, utilities, currency, enemies and bosses etc. - but after a while it clicks and you navigate more confidently through the different bioms and levels. A reccommendation for all soulslike and roguelite fans, pretty decent combination - definitely worth a try. Got it on summersale for 20 bucks, you cannot do anything wrong with that price ;) PS store still 70 bucks+, also on steam for non-sale about 60. I was very lucky
Played on PS5 also bought on PC, really great and unique game
Best game ever
Easily one of the best games of this era. Visuals, check. Story telling, check. Difficulty, check (don’t whine). Repeatability, double check. Uniqueness, check. Immersion, check. Worth full price? Yes (but also why would you). The ability to wrap everything they did in this package is astounding. Too bad PlayStation bought Housemarque, then went woke.
Buen juego pero complicado
