Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

Very addicting game. Not usually into store sim games but this one feels really nicely done, none of the assets seems ripped straight out of Unity Free Store or such. Some of the new release movies are a little on the nose but overall? Great game. Would fit greatly into any nostalgic Millenial or any generation who grew up with VHS Tapes. The only real complaint I got is that the game can get very hectic in the mid to late stages especially if the person you hired quits or calls sick for the day which demands a lot of pre planning and efficiency. No complaints about performance, can even run on a potato school laptop. 9 / 10 Shoutout to Memeulous and his gaming channel @GeorgemPlays on Youtube for making me wanna buy this game!

A charming and immersive simulator game. I was happily surprised at many of the small employee flavoring and the many features that really show the effort put it.

i played for an hour and in that hour i just wasnt having fun, level progression was slow, the constant switching from register to returns got annoying very fast and there just wasnt much to do besides buy tapes, put tapes on shelf, do returns and work at the register. maybe youl make the occasional snack for someone but that also quickly became more of an annoyance then anything else. maybe once you unlock employees it gets better but i couldnt slog myself through the slow leveling to try it. plus i just found the art style unappealing. it looked like every customer was a unity base model that tried to replicate schedule 1 its not a bad game, it does what its supposed to do but learn from my mistake, try the demo first to see if its something youll like. its a real shame as i really like simulator games like tcg or supermarket together but this one just wasnt for me,

El juego esta bien pero rapidamente se vuelve repetitivo, creo que para estar un par de horas esta perfecto pero más creo que no. Estaría bien que metieran más actividades, porque sino es solo rebobinar, repartir folletos y atender peticiónes. Y aun que desbloquees mas y mas cosas, no se siente que estes ganando mas dinero, no se ve realmente la progresion

I used to work in a video shop for many years, so I enjoy this game a lot. I hope Retro Rewind will add more levels and content to this awesome game.

Got a Divorce and my kids are with CPS now because of this game! Cant wait to rent out video games. This game has me hooked. This is a cry for help. Buyer beware!
