amazing game! one of the best cozy simulation and management games Ive ever played the theme, graphics, sound design, and gameplay are all excellent. my only suggestions are that some features could offer more customization... for example, allowing players to adjust the number of return stations, checkout counters, and employees it would also be great to improve some of the management systems by giving players more control over inventory and product management finally, expanding the progression system would make the game even more engaging, with new product categories, additional job roles, or other meaningful unlocks as you advance [8/10]

Fun game.

The game is a pretty solid simulator. Definitely scratches that nostalgic and retro itch. Would say however once you max out on the leveling system, there really isn't much else going on with the game other than seeing what new parody movie of the week gets released and using cheats to max out you money to expand. Also could use a feature were you can assault the customers. Needs more achievements to help add play value to game as well. Overall, a competent game though.

so fun could play for hours

I liked it but it's only a 20 hour game, I feel no need to play it again unlike similar titles like Super Market simulator or Car dealer simulator. The gameplay loop is satisfying but it's unclear how and if you influence the number of customers by improving the stock.

Very good 90s/00s vibes - 8.5/10 well executed, tons of unofficial mods and some of the titles are hilarious. The new releases all seem to be good homage's to real films, but the rest of your inventory will be a random prefix-suffix type film, you'll see some patterns across them all. Doesn't detract from the game in any way and sometimes creates some hilarious titles. The additional chase items (arcades, additional genres) are well spaced and create a "desire" to continue beyond the rinse-repeat. The increase in store is well gated as well, where you feel the need to maximize the space as expanding is expensive but not restrictive. Makes for some really clever interior design and customization! I wish the system was a little more intelligent when putting down items, maybe a togglable setting for "prefer same-genre" and as a colorblind person, the colors are a little too similar. I often put action with kids, police with drama, and fantasy with sci-fi. But, that's mostly a me issue. It's "faster" to look at color, but I'm sometimes wrong. Maybe a menu where we can pick specific VHS case colors for each genre? Overall, if you have ever enjoyed any simulator games in the past (super market, trading card game) this is (I feel) a great version of those. I think I enjoy this one more, but maybe because I don't play TCG or own a supermarket lol.

$20 is the perfect price for this nice lil tycoon game. Plus they are still updating it with newer content. Buy it now or wait a little bit for more updates, either way you'll have some fun with it
