ReStory: Chill Electronics Repairs

Good game. Story is a little odd but i liked it. Wish i understood it better, but that's just me.

The devs knocked this game out of the park. The demo was fantastic, and they've taken all the good and run with it. More cosy beats to relax you while you fix a massive new variety of electronics, lots of quality of life upgrades to your tools to make things flow so much smoother as you gain new licenses and more complex repair jobs. The ability to buy individual parts so you aren't stuck with lots of the same parts and can rebuild devices to sell feels great. Well done devs and thank you for making this very enjoyable game!

So I finished the story and paid almost full price for this game because of the Overwhelingly Positive reviews. I do want to caution though, that it's only for me 'borderline positive recommendation'. While it's cozy and all, and you get to relax with Lo-Fi music, everything you do is very repetitive and you cannot not do them all. I'll explain: For example, if you have to clean an item, you have to take apart every single piece (even if they are not dirty) and put back every single piece for it to count. You cant FAIL because the game wont allow you to submit the item if something is wrong, hence the REVIEWS are entirely superficial and there's no real risk to the game. For me, that takes away from the adrenaline pop I need. Once the story has been completed, I did not feel the need to continue the game eventhough it has an endless mode. So borderline yes for me. For people who are risk adverse and just want to do the same things over and over and over and over and over...

It's fun! cosy game, interesting story that took me about 10 hours to complete. The machanics, sound, and music are all great and its such a nice game to sit down and just play without thinking too much. Great game!

My new favorite comfy game to play! I've already played 15 hours in a few days and can say that I'm addicted to it. It's going to be difficult going back to work at my real job when all I want to do is restore early 2000s electronics lol. I highly recommend this game :)

I love this game! So cozy, with tons of devices to fix. 10/10. Linux compatible using proton. Me encanto el juego tienes muchos tipos de aparatos a reparar, puedes comprar y arreglar y revender, tomar pedido en linea, una historia media rara, muchos robos, jajaj no se que mas encontrare mientras juego mas adelante. ah y claro compatible con linux!
