About

Set 15 years before A Plague Tale: Requiem, play as Sophia, a fierce young plunderer, on the run but determined to uncover the secrets of her past. Dive into an original story blending combat, myth and fate with a brand new take in the universe of A Plague Tale.
Sophia’s journey leads to the Minotaur' Island, where she faces deadly trials, navigates treacherous trails, solves puzzles, all while fighting and staying one step ahead of the army chasing her. But the true challenge awaits, as the terrifying creature hidden behind the myth will soon resonate with her…

Sophia is a skilled, agile, and strong-willed fighter who engages in dynamic and violent melee combat. Followed by many enemies, each drawn to the Island to reclaim a mysterious treasure, you must navigate a treacherous maze. Rely on your agility, tricks and sharp reflexes to outsmart enemies, perfect your parries, and unleash powerful strikes to survive deadly encounters.

Shift between the Middle Age of Sophia and ancient Minoan times, where echoes of the past shape the battles of the present. Unfold a new story in the universe of A Plague Tale, through the entwined destinies of two heroes linked by fate and the Macula’s mysterious legacy.

Guided by the knowledge safeguarded in your notebook, follow in your crew’s footsteps to explore a richly detailed world, unravel its secrets, and face deadly trials. Use a stolen Minoan sphere to solve ingenious puzzles by manipulating light - a force woven by Daedalus into the island’s very heart.

It is said that only a few came back from the island. Lurking in the shadows lives a restless presence. It follows you around, seemingly knowing your every move, as it hunts through the island’s depths.
Every step is a risk. Every pause, a potential end. You can’t stop, only hide, outsmart, and push forward. Can you survive each trial and every step or will you join those who never came back?

tho, the game is good and is optimized good i still have a problem with the GPU temperature is going like 70 and in other games is below 63. But, beside this the game is very good. Recommend
This game really really shines much brighter than its previous games and it shows. I still have some complaints about the reveal of villains and how they handle them, but that isn't something that brings down the game entirely, same thought with some of the pacing and other duller parts of the story. I actually love this game, no joke. In my experience when playing this, I had a fun time figuring out the puzzles (not that they were difficult in the first place), the combat was simple yet fun, and the story expands more on the world and the existing macula. Which I find soo interesting and love that they used Sophia as a way to give her character more depth and still be able to connect everything together. I love the art direction and level building that this game creates, every part of the world isn't mindlessly thought of or doesn't have its time to show its potential. Nothing got too boring or super repetitive, it had enough dynamic play that it circles around through them while still introducing new mechanics. Its all really easy to understand and get a hold of while still being able to enjoy the story. Despite my previous critiques of the previous games, this series is, in my opinion such a beautiful love letter to the dynamic of a younger bother and older sister. I'm genuinely so interested in seeing how this series will continue and grow.

A wonderful game. Gorgeous world, fantastic emotional story. Great voice acting throughout. Fun combat
Pretends to be an interesting hack-and-slash Tomb Raider kind of adventure, which seemed pretty cool, only to turn the later chapters into forced, clunky stealth in poorly designed levels. It has some really impressive environmental art, mediocre combat and nice music, but the stealth, navigation, and sparse checkpoint layout are so frustrating that the story would have to be much more interesting to make me want to continue. I just won’t be finishing the game. Kudos to the art team though.
Serinin ilk oyununu biraz oynadıktan sonra sıkıcı bulduğumdan dolayı oyuna devam etmemiştim. Hatta ikinci oyun çıktığında da gameplay videolarına baktığımda grafikler hariç en ufak bir değişiklik görmeyince A Plague Tale serisine oldukça uzak kalmıştım. Üçüncü oyun yani Resonance : A Plague Tale çıktığında da açıkçası pek umurumda olmamıştı. Her açıdan mükemmel. 100/80
Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy takes a big risk with its decision to deviate from the beloved stealth-based gameplay in Innocence and Requiem, and I personally believe that risk paid off. The gameplay changes surrounding combat were fantastic. They were smooth, responsive, kind of simple and generic, yet very enjoyable. Regarding level design, I was very impressed by the beautifully crafted levels. Additionally, the music was outstanding. Likewise, the graphics and visuals were phenomenal, and the game ran very well: no issues regarding optimization and performance. The plot presented was very immersive and intriguing. I loved the characters, and they were well written. On the topic of writing, in comparison to the masterful and emotional writing of Requiem, Resonance did not quite reach that astronomically high bar despite still being well written and emotional. I also observed that the narrative was drawn out towards the end of the game. I would also like to point out one specific thing that personally confused me until the end, and that was the pseudonym used for the “monster.” Said “monster” goes by two names and the game holds off on reconciling them until very late. Moreover, it was uncertain whether this was intentional or if it was unclear writing, but in either case I would have appreciated some clarification sooner. On one final note, the game closely resembles a Tomb Raider/ Uncharted game in terms of gameplay loop and story in the best way possible. That said, the level design and narrative themes still make it feel like a Plague Tale prequel. In conclusion, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy is an ambitious, yet mostly successful attempt at a prequel given the massive changes. I would definitely recommend that fans of the franchise give the game a shot despite the writing falling short of Requiem. Additionally, I would like to add that enjoyers of the adventure genre should consider playing it given the nature of the game.
