Resident Evil Requiem is
It good
A game that feels like a marginally worse version of RE7 with a hastily stapled worse version of REmake 4- creating a experience that is less than the sum of its parts. The game isn't awful and I was willing to give it a thumbs up but the question came into my mind: Is there any reason to pick this game over the previously mentioned RE games? Or even replaying those game? And honestly- not really. If you really need your RE fix and played the other games to death- it's an okay time. Otherwise? Meh.
