GOOD GAMER
Amazing game so good I had to play an beat it twice I'm eventually gonna play it again so I can get iffinate amao cuss this game is that good an can't wait for more of these games
20 years I've been playing this franchise and I'm sorry if you're a teen who watches tiktok edits but this is not it gang. The narrative is insulting, and instead of being a climax is a complete destruction of EVERYTHING that the franchise has built up to this point. Pros: -Crazy graphics -Some nice easter eggs and call backs for fans of the franchise -Good first playthrough -One of the best opening sections of the saga -Very creative battles towards the ending -Absolutely amazing actors, especially for Grace. Cons: -Horrible villains, amongst the worst we've ever seen -A short campaign with very little to none replayability -Nostalgia bait and fanservite to THE EXTREME -Devastating plot twist (since it literally devastated everything the franchis built with it's main villain) -Absolute good ending, it's almost as nothing as happened folks, everybody gets to live happily ever after! -Few, and very mediocre, boss fights that are basic bullet sponges and callbacks. Even the best bossfight of the game is basically an enhanced version fo Krauser from REmake4. -The platinum takes 25 hours to get -Costs more than 20 dollars. If you think this game is great, good for you, the point of the medium is to have fun, and I did. This, though, went from being a tribute to the series to it's parody. Over the top to the extreme and lacking so much narrative-wise. The gameplay is really good but get ready to abandon the game after a couple of playthroughs, the only way to keep having fun is to wait for modders to show Capcom how to make a replayable game (which doesn't mean letting you pick betwenn really bad gun and really good gun, even the original RE4 had more interesting weapon choices). Wait for a discount, and don't watch it on youtube, if you do you'll have only an husk of a game to play.

Kinda boring. Gameplay is too divided between Grace and Leon and it feels like we only got half a game. Music and locales are boring, best part of the game is the treatment centre at the start. Racoon City is almost entirely colourless, void of any life (should at least have flora) and the skeleton of an open world they were working on prior to locking in on what we actually got. Story makes no sense. Villains, bosses and most of the game's locales are just soulless callbacks to previous entries. Extreme lack of enemy variety and creativity. 90% of the game is a fetch quest-- get a key to go here, get 3 items to get there, etc etc. Puzzles could be solved by a 8 year old.
