Trippy chill shooter. Instant buy after Demo.
pineapple man flew at pyramid man in 20 different realities and he died in every one. and now everybody including the game is dead. want more guns and more players but at least I got my homie so I'm chilling.
SUPER COOOL! Zero players online but I got to experience a game like no other. I absolutely love the "vibe" I got from the game. Some abstract mega structure and a infinite looping void.... The concept is so cool and the movement and shooting feels extremely good. I was just vibing for about half an hour in practice mode shooting bots and falling throught the looping levels. Amazingly fresh shooter. Super bummed no one is playing. So if you have a few friends (unlike me), this deffinately is worth the hour or two at a lan or something, this is WELL WORTH IT. For someone wanting to try it out and no friends, like yours truyly, it is only worth it for the cool factor and supporting the dev, like yours truly did. THIS NEEDS TO ME A SINGLEPLAYER GAME! I got huge Lorn's Lure vibes as well as Shootmania. If this somehow could be a singleplayer game (maybe in some Meta story way like the bots are stuck in infinite loop and some playters come in to bash those bots but they are sentient and trying to get out from an "dead" game like this. Thats the vibe I got when I was just slaughtering the bots in practice)

its always a bad feeling leaving a negative review on a small indi game but sorry this game already is very barebones. since no one is playing this game youll never find a lobby. literaly just some pve would give this game enough. The concept is cool, atleast.
I want to give this game a mixed rating, but because I can't and the game is still pretty fun, I'm giving it a positive one. I bought this game at full price for me and my friend after playing the demo with him for a couple hours back when it released, hoping the developer would eventually add more content, but it looks like what's already in the game is probably all we're getting. It's still a fun game for a few hours, but it gets stale fast even with the fun and unique gravity gimmick because there's not many ways to customize the very few gamemodes. The developer advertises the game as having 6 gamemodes, but really it's only 3, with 3 "alternate" modes that only let you use the Railgun (hitscan weapon). Why not just have the 3 normal gamemodes, and let the lobby host pick which weapons are allowed so that there's extra replayability and customization? It just doesn't make sense to have the gamemodes set up this way; it arbitrarily restricts how much you can customize the game when there's already barely any content. It's hard to give this game a solid recommendation when better value alternatives to this game exist, but I'd say it's worth it on a 50% off or more sale. It's definitely not worth the full asking price though, considering STRAFTAT is free, has way more content than REPEATER's full version, and is fun for dozens of hours. The full game for STRAFTAT (the "Weapons, Maps and Hats" DLC) also costs about the same as this and it and double's the game's content. TL;DR: Buy this game for half off when you're bored of playing STRAFTAT.
Fun and Unique
Aside from a few stutters and crashes, the game is an excellent arena shooter, especially for the price.
