Every door in this town owes you money. Buy homes, furnish them, screen tenants face to face, and knock on doors when the rent comes due. Answer the phone, evict with grounds, and outrun the bank's weekly cut, all in first person. The rent is due. Go get it.

Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Aug 21 → 0.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Rent Due is a first-person landlord sim where the property empire doesn't run itself. You run it. Answer the phone, buy your first trailer, furnish it room by room, and put it on the market. Then do the part other games skip: meet the applicants face to face, hand over the keys, and knock on doors when the rent comes due.
Start with $8,000, a laptop, and an uncle who stays on the line. Browse listings on PlotPoint, walk through every property before you buy it, and furnish your homes one set at a time. A well-kitted kitchen pays for itself in rent. Work your way up from the trailer park to the nicer streets, and when the open market runs thin there's always the auction house, where foreclosures go cheap and the bidding gets personal.
EstateBank fronts the cash, up to three notes at a time. Your credit line grows with every deed you hold, and the installment leaves your account every single week whether you had a good week or not. Debt is a ladder, as long as the rent outruns the payments.
Undercut the market and applicants sprint to your office. Price it greedy and watch it sit empty, eating your calendar. Every listing is a bet on how much the neighborhood loves you, and the pricing cards let you choose exactly how greedy you feel today.
Applicants line up at your office. Run background checks to see their job, income, credit score, and their record. "Public intox at Build-A-Bear" is a real thing you will read in this game. Leases run short around here, a week to two months, so renewal day always comes: keep them, raise them, or let them walk. The guy you didn't vet? He's the reason your living room is gone.
Rent doesn't wire itself to your account. It piles up at the door until you come get it, and the calendar knows exactly who owes you and when. Knock, take the cheque in person, and keep the streak clean.
Your tenants have your number and no sense of timing. Pipes burst, storms roll in, somebody's cousin moves in without asking, and every call is a decision with a price on it. Let it ring out if you dare. They remember. They all remember.
Non-payers get a notice signed by your own hand, stamped, and posted on their door in person. Just make sure you have grounds, because tenants fight back, and losing in court makes them untouchable. Thinking of raising the rent sky high to force someone out? The judge has seen that trick before. And yes, you can throw a punch. Keep swinging at the same tenant and you'll find out what lawyers cost.

I like it. Simple and straight forward. Get employee's to help take the load off you, as you work up your little slumlord gig. Dev is working hard and it shows.
Game was a bit boring at first due to the amount of sleeping that had to occur to progress. However, the developers listened to user feedback incredibly fast, and have implemented updates consistently to improve the game based on user suggestions.
only thing i disliked instead of doing it through the computer be able to walk up to the properties and inspect the homes for damage or if its trashy plus being able to walk up to the door and knock to collect the check would be cool. also if you could add more time to sleep other than that the game is actually pretty fun

very fun mindless game you can relax to
I am enjoying this game soo much. I love the concept and gameplay I have noticed some exciting new updates. Can't wait to see where this game goes. Gooo Devs!!! Great game so far!
It has tons of potential, right now it runs fine but so many load screen (like waking up in the morning like ever time you gotta collect rent at a new spot.) Tons of down time with nothing to do but watch a clock. They new to do office upgrades or something beside buy collect rent rinse and repeat. Just give it time I am sure devs will make it into a great game.
fun, cozy, can play for hours
For now I'll give the game a not recommended. I'll give an honest review. I put some hours into the game but have refunded it however, the game's concept is pretty good but the day goes by really fast and the fact all you do is collect rent, send repair bill or fine someone, then sleep until you have enough money to buy or auction buy a property and you do is furbish it is pretty dull. I believe this game to have potential and could use some realistic pay timings rather than daily. Loan system could be better work because you don't really pay business loans within the next month of getting it. A lot of work to do for this one, while it is pretty fun if you look at it would not recommend to anyone yet. it helps if you can add a slightly slower time tick rather than having to speed run a day because of it otherwise you just skip next day do same thing over and over. would be nice if the game added other things other than just collect rent and actually be able to inspect your property of your tenants. Lots of potential but for now its kept as refunded for me.
This game has really come a long way. The developer is very active and continues to make it better, day after day!
This is probably one of the most boring, slow-paced games I've ever laid my hands on. Was expecting more, received less. Don't make the same mistake I did.
