I want to start this off my telling people to temper their expectations. At first I came into this game, looking at reviews from people with like 100 hours calling the game great and I thought it would be like The Last Sovereign, but its not, so temper expectations. But the game still has many upsides. The key criticism I have to give to this game is the narrative... right now I'd consider the narrative to be on the poor side main-quest wise, the start is especially bad because I was thrust into a character and world I know nothing about, no build-up, no characterization, nothing... and 12 hours in I still know next to nothing, ofc I do not expect to know everything about a character or the world from the get-go and maybe there are side quests that I missed that go further into his backstory and fleshes him out more, but as with Demons Roots or TLS, I'd have liked to at least know the basics by now, along with how or what the Kingdom is. The mechanics were also overwhelming for me starting out, I was essentially given 2 separate fleshed out systems to care about at the same time and there was little clarity as to what each word(faith/safety/etc...)did so I was too afraid to touch much of it because I thought I'd brick the save if I did or something. There is also country management and army management, it was just too much for me early on, so I just focused on side questing, main quest and exploration, but now the game expects me to mess with those systems due to spoiler reasons so I kinda have to mess with it. But the dev is looking into this and will come around and improve the early game as a whole after the main story is finished, dev is very nice and kind, thats a big positive. You might be thinking - why do I recommend this game then? The main strength of the game is the exploration aspect, there are just so much side content to do, so many companions to discover and care about, so many cute little side activities - basically the RPG aspect of this game shines through and its why I recommend this game, explore the world, discover your companions and all the side quests you can do, thats where the fun is. As long as you temper your expectations(instead of me that went into it with sky high expectations that this is going to be another TLS) you will greatly enjoy the game and have fun.. after I dropped my expectations I started having more and more fun exploring the world and the RPG aspect of the game. Personally, 12 hours in, I have barely seen any gooner content, but maybe that is because I was focusing on the Main Story. Closing, I'd wholeheartedly recommend the game to people looking for a good RPG experience, but less so for people looking for a "peak story" to get into like Demons Roots for instance. But its still a hearty recommend from me.
This is the game by which I now judge all other RPGmaker games. Well over 100 hours of quality content, wonderful characters, and fun combat. The dev is always in the discussions answering people's questions.
This game is ridiculously good. The further i dig the more amazing content i find. Worth every penny.
This is a very good game that has a lot of diverse content and nothing is over done! It's easy to gain levels and skills to get done what you need done! The graphics are very good especially the H graphics! Story line is great and the game runs pretty smooth most of the time! They are pretty quick on taking care of problems that do pop up here and there! There is something here for everyone and it's still being worked on and refined! So if you're looking for a good well done and beautiful game with lots to do this game is a must!
An RPG so amazingly good that you'd completely forget it even contains pornographic content. Really... I am so engrossed in the story, quests, crafting, and more that I have hardly even looked at that stuff. This game is just that amazingly good and well made. I really enjoy being a hero improving the world and making it a better place in the game, and often forget that there is a massive amount of side-content that is sexual. It is just very rewarding being a hero and receiving lots of praise and admiration. You can see the game world transform from the player's choices, and the relationships you have with NPCs really does change over time based on your decisions. The decisions matter in this game. Though, in the case that the player regrets their decisions of being a villain too often, there do exist methods to fix it, but it sure does involve some work and a little grinding.
im normally hesitant to buy early access games but this one is updated constantly and in a good state
First and Foremost: When you install the game and go to the game folder there's a PDF guide written by the dev. Its 699 pages long in Adobe Acrobat. Not only that, the dev is crazy responsive and not only listens to the community for updates but is talking in almost every discussion post. Second and Secondmost: Your actions ACTUALLY have consequences. No more forced NTR or NONCON. Whatever you want to be you can. If you want one or the other there's a very clear path. PROS: Incredibly responsive and active dev. An absolutely stupid amount of quests. Re-playable RTS Management sim Monster rancher eventually Enough CGS that I was stunlocked looking at the list (note most all are static but the writing is fantastic and you wont notice) Crafting system that ties into the items above Surprisingly balanced combat, I went into some areas I shouldn't have and got tpk'd Political Intrigue Meaningful decisions Depth Actually build relationships Cons: TLDR: worth it at full price, check install location for the 699 page walkthrough. Download the DLC for spicy
An rpg with building/strategy elements, very good.
Jestem w szoku.
This game has been around for a long time. Many moons ago, I found this on a rpg maker adult game site. It stood out with similar titles like The Last Sov. It's still getting updates and has come a very long way. A few small cons: -Very little guidance. the quest log doesn't always display the most helpful information. Numerous plays over the years, I always feel like I missed something or made a "wrong" choice. -The menus also tend to be pretty ugly, but it's due to the confines of the engine. Attachments to certain characters is a strength here. It's one of the better adult RPGs out there. Thanks for the game, Devs. Seriously, excellent work.
