only complaint is after a while it lags horribly, capcom should make an update to make the game run smoothly on newer operating systems, no way a 13 year old game can't run at stable 60 fps. It runs good at first, then it becomes choppy and laggy and horrible to play. I even added d3d9.dll, but it only made the game become laggy slower. I think the update didn't really do anything
