I can recommend this game to anybody who wants to calm their mind and couldn't stick with any other guided meditation in the past. This VR experience helped me to meditate daily for the past 4 weeks and get through some tough period in my life. I find it difficult to meditate in general and I quickly get lost in my thoughts. This game (or a rather collection of tools and experiences) helps to overwhelm my senses in the most calming and helpful way. It lets me focus on my breathing, keeps me engaged with both with visuals and sounds. Finally I can turn off my mind and relax for at least 10-20 minutes a day. There's a good variety of sessions with different topics and insightful narrations. I realized that quite a few stuck with me the next day and I find them enjoyable to repeat. They help to be more gentle to myself, to accept whatever life brings and to be more present. I found the "Altered States of Mycelia" session exceptionally beautiful. It is awe inspiring rather than relaxing. It demonstrates how AI can be a tool in the hand of an artist. This game is worth its price for this single experience alone. I found it useful and necessary to customize the experiences for myself. I like the box breathing option, and in general the passive mode. But I do throw in a bit of humming every now and then. I find the "entrainment" to be effective at putting me in a sleepy state at the end of the day. What I would find useful is to be able to time the breathing part of the session like it is possible with the other tools. Now I click around to turn off the breathing guide when the entrainment part starts, which breaks my "flow" a bit. If the creator of this wonderful software reads this: I can sense how much thought and care you put into crafting these experiences. Your work made a positive impact on my life and I am very grateful for it.
Stunning visual experiences with lot's of customization
The developer is really hitting it out of the park with Realms of Flow. Dissolve, one of the more recent additions, made my jaw drop with how realistic the smoke effects are. Bravo! Can't wait to see more.
One of the best experiences available on Steam VR. I've personally spent around 25 hours in the app over the last year. The meditations always feel fresh despite frequent replays. The elements coordinate well across breathing, narration, and visuals. And, most importantly, my heart and mind are enriched and relaxed by the experience. Thanks for making my life brighter!
This is a surreal VR experience. Just sit back and enjoy the flow.

Great VR experience, extremely well narrated. Like I have almost been brought to tears and moved. So many different types of meditations to choose from. And they continue updating and adding features. I just enjoy the narration and sound reverberation, now they've added pan drums. If you meditation whatsoever, you will def. enjoy this exerpience. It is not a game.
I already owned and love Conscious Existence and also tried the demo of Realms of Flow (RoF) and immediately had to buy the full experience. RoF is simply mind bending and mind-boggling...the visuals are stunning, and in over 8 years of VR and trying many VR 360 and 180 videos and often feeling disappointed and not very immersed. This (along with Conscious Existence) has reinvigorated my idea of video in VR. I have never experienced such clean and sharp and detailed visuals. I rarely see such clear visuals in VR (Using Quest 3, so great overall panels for resolution..and RoF uses every pixel to its maximum ability), and yet I haven't even tried the 6k video yet, since you have to buy that through Microsoft for like $1 though, not bad...just haven't tried yet. Even though I'm glad to have Quest 3 for VR and ability to play legit VR games too, what would this look like on Apple's Vision Pro?? Probably quite a bit more of a step up in clarity even still. Anyway, RoF is really a sight to behold, and the 360 videos feel almost like they are rendered live at times, as the video is so immersive. I get caught up in the visuals, but the audio and narration are also very good, and relaxing, as well as the interactive side of it, as simple as it is...I love how they add those as options for the experience. The settings and other options are really helpful too, to customize the experience. Certainly, I'm going to share this with visitors, and I can't imagine them walking away from this with anything but jaw dropped and feeling transported to some ethereal and galactic realms. I really hope to see more VR from this developer, as the style and creativity is top notch as well. I can only imagine what more Marc Zimmermann will come up with and evolve VR with.
I love this!
This program is fantastic. If you've ever experienced altered states and want to go back "there", or if you're curious, Realms of Flow is really cool. I've always looked for new ways to connect to that.. "place/state". I love laying down in bed and being in and out of sleep, half awake, watching / playing the game... highly recommended!!
