Rayman: 30th Anniversary Edition

Nostalgic and the first Rayman game from 1995. You can play the Rayman1 game from different versions and games like Rayman's New Levels, Rayman 60 Levels and Rayman By His Fans. And you can also try the Rayman prototype from 1992. And there are also documentaries and inteviews with the ones who created Rayman. One thing that i didn't like was they changed and removed some soundtracks. For example Betilla the Fairy's theme was changed :( but other than that the game is okay and fun to play

One of the most 'just barely' Recommends I can give. I like Digital Eclipse's work a lot, the documentary is great, as always, but the games themselves have issues here. There was a save issue in some games, but that seems to have been fixed. But most importantly, there's a new soundtrack. I don't believe an official reason for it has been given, but most people seem to believe that it's related to some sort of licencing issue.. and to be honest, why release these games without the original music? Mods can fix it on PC, but that shouldn't be up to the player/modder. But to be honest, the original Rayman just isn't that good. There's built in cheats to fix some of the issues, like not getting the ability to save all the 'required for the final boss' collectables until the last world, meaning you'd have to redo almost every level right at the end of the game, but to be frank, Rayman wasn't good until Rayman 2. If you already like Rayman 1 and are interested in a making-of Documentary, this is a good collection. If you don't like Rayman 1, it's a much less appealing package.
