I came in expecting something silly and dumb that I can laugh at with my friends. I ended up realizing it was taking itself way too seriously as a genuine dating(?) game. We couldn't even pass chapter one from how awful the world building was. This isn't even cringe. It's just plain awful. The characters follow every single cliche, the writing style comes straight out of wattpad (hell, wattpad might be better), and the humor is nonexistent. Literally an hour of this, and I ended up skipping like 50 dialogues because it was just narrating what was happening rather than showing it. The main character literally just trauma dumps for the entire prologue and first chapter And the ellipses (...), literally every single sentence had at least one, with some having 3-4. I understand wanting to show pauses, but this is not a book, and there are way better ways to show it through games.
This game is charming! The narrative is well written and didn't make me feel bored between choices. Your choices have a significant impact on your story and who you end up with which is nice and consistent. My favourite thing about this game is that they turn the icon mechanic that pops up when you've chosen the right option with a prospective love interest into a COLLECTABLE ART PIECE! So a poem, a comic/drawing or a cassette song! Its so fun and makes choosing the right option WAY more rewarding! It is so fun that you get to date queer cryptids and be honest about being an awkward human just trying to get by in high school. A delightful change of pace from dating sims out there! BONUS: Woohoo for it being made in Ontario, Canad <3
I'll be honest I came here with the goofy intention to date a skateboarding velociraptor or whatever but this game really pulls you in a lot of directions. I wanted to spend time with everyone and help whoever was hurting the most. I play a lot of really obscure (and often bad) games on steam hoping to find something special and I rarely do. I'm really thankful that for whatever reason this is something I ended up playing.
It's one of the cringiest ABC Afterschool Special that never existed. While it's not quite up there with Dinky Hocker Shoots Smack, It's still a lot of fun and a lot less cringe than Jared Leto's career during and after My So-Called Life.
There is no reason for this game to be as good as it is. Like, I hate how much I loved it considering you're dating a freaking dinosaur. But damn, this game gripped me from the start. I bought it on sale, but I would've easily paid full price for it if I had known it would be this good. The story is just so cute and the dialogue is so funny at times. I really recommend this game to anyone that loves romance, humor, and doesn't mind dating monsters.
A very entertaining game that invites you to continue playing because there are several endings to the story. You should notice from the title of the game that it doesn't take itself too seriously and there's a lot to laugh about, especially if you think twice about a lot of things. Also a very relaxing game, which is also good before going to bed. Never thought a romance between a raptor and a shy girl could be so entertaining.

Reading this as part of the Fall in Love VN Festival 2025. ✔️ Tested on Steam Deck, it works fine (25/09/2025). 'A' button to advance text and touchscreen/buttons for menu and choices. The art, the UI, the vibes... everything in this game is just so cool. The story doesn't take itself too seriously, with goofy humor and some silly book/film/show references that actually made me laugh. It's not all jokes though, it also touches on some important subjects.
i cried
and possibly simped for a dinosaur
10 smooches out of 10
