Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 18 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

huge ratalaika fan, always easy to find a layed back fun game like this for a light evening of chill gaming
random heroes, buen juego y sencillo, juego corto en si pero igual bueno cuando lo juegas por primera vez y intenta conseguir todas las estrellas. mi opinion.

WHY AM I STILL PLAYING? This game as a concept is not bad, a 2D platformer with different heroes and guns. Too bad the concept is the only salvageable thing about it. First the good; No bugs, no glitches, no crashes, nice art, controls are responsive This game fails to understand how to be fun, and that feels really weird, as on paper one would think it's a really fun experience. Different characters with unique stats being able to mix and match with a large arsenal of guns to fight a grand roster of enemies with different mechanics and attack patterns to then have boss battles at the end of each chapter. The problem comes from the fact that all that becomes superfluous when there is nothing deeper about it. There is no story to speak of apart from "aliens invade earth" (btw, those sprites are clearly zombie designs). What differentiates characters from one another is based on 3 stats (Health, damage, speed) with -1 to 5 modifiers. The gun play is just not fun or varied, with their stats only being "damage" and "speed". Most guns are straight up useless and there is no reason to ever go back to them after unlocking the next one regardless of what's your playstyle. All levels feel the same even with the aesthetic & layout changes. What the game is really about is getting money and completing “challenges” (don’t get damaged, get all the money, kill all enemies) to get 3 stars and then use that money to buy weapons and the stars to unlock characters, and it all becomes unimportant as the game is just not fun to play. I got to level 3-1 when I 100%ed the achievements, there are 9 chapters, I’M NOT EVEN HALF WAY THERE! I’ll probably still finish this game as that's just the person I am, but even if the game becomes amazing, I’m probably not changing my review as a game taking 24+ levels to start getting fun is just insulting. Edit; Just beat the final boss and all my past coments still apply.
This rendition is certainly not nearly as good and polished as the original Random Heroes games, however, it's still not terrible. There's enough levels, guns, and heroes to have an hour or two of gameplay. Plus nearly 40 achievements. ♡ Gameplay: 12/20 ♡ Writing: 10/20 ♡ Visuals: 16/20 ♡ OST/SFX: 10/20 ♡ Accessibility: 18/20 ♡ Total: 56/100 - Celeste <3

Dear developers I am a Chinese player I played this mobliephone game series in the year 2015 All three games have been played..... This PC vision of the Random Heroes is a ♥♥♥♥!!!! The original mobliephone vision has 10 chapters,228 levels,10 bosses But the PC vision,it dispointed me!!!! Also!!!there is no homing rockets,no special abilities!!!!! Why I must pay for a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥!! 2013 to 2020,there is nothing impressed me!!!!
My cousin introduced me to this game over a decade ago and I used to play it on my tablet a decent amount. That tablet has since crapped out on me, the game was removed from app stores along with its sequel that I didn't even know existed until a couple years ago, and I was stuck with an itch to play the game and no good way to play it. Then I check my Steam Activity feed a few days ago and see "Random Heroes: Gold Edition" in a list of games my friend started playing. I was shocked. There's no way this could be the Random Heroes I was seeking. Turns out it was Random Heroes 1 and 2 recompiled into a PC port with certain levels removed because according to the new devs the rights to those levels belonged to other companies, but everything else is here from what I can tell with any and all microtransactions replaced with a more traditional progression system. Now, Random Heroes is a very simple game with honestly little to nothing super special about it. If anything, it was more of a great mobile game in an era where most great mobile games consisted of just Angry Birds and Minecraft Pocket Edition. Nowadays and on PC, its greatest strength is probably its soundtrack. I mean it has its charms, but it's probably not gonna hook most people. In comparison to the mobile version, like I said above idk if there were any microtransactions (it's been like 13-15 years since I played), but there's none in the Gold Edition. And again, some content that apparently belonged to other companies got removed, I never got far enough to play em but now I'm curious... crossover levels maybe? Idk. Also finally being able to play this with a controller has been great, it feels so much smoother to control my character from what I remember. Lastly, someone in another review said pressing F to toggle fullscreen causes the game to bug out. Haven't attempted that, not gonna. Yeah, nothing spectacular, but maybe a bit charming. Maybe. And if nothing else, it's cheap. EDIT: I did not know for certain whether or not Random Heroes 3 was a thing before writing this review. Turns out it was and is also included. Random Heroes 2 apparently had a few new mechanics like vertical aim but I have no clue if that's in Gold Edition yet.
This is the first time I've heard of or played this game, though it sounds like it was one time an app or based on an app. This seems to be the type of game that would be fun to try and collect all three stars on all the levels, but it just isn't. Although the idea is fun, I found the game to be a bit dull. The bosses were not much of a challenge. Some of the achievements unlocked before I had achieved them. There wasn't much incentive to try out the different heroes, as they unlocked pretty quickly. Just take the best one available and go with it. To me, I find the game to be just okay, and for that, I wish there was a neutral option.
Played this when I was younger on my iPad. Recently picked it back up and have really enjoyed it, also had plenty instances where I almost smashed my keyboard. However, a very enjoyable 2D shooter/platformer, highly recommend trying it out.
